"likes to keep the myth alive" good point, it has as well for me allways been a question, if things like this thread is dope or fake...hm....its kinda more real to find a famous sample on ur own first, so with thread like this, maybe it takes from people in terms of beeing creative, checking thru records, diggin n shit...
on the other hand, people have fun sharing knowledge too, get in touch with peeps freaky about music n shit as themselves, which is a very good thing!!

as rza said i think in the manual, the music is out there.....waitin to be discovered....yup, this is what we do.....

This thread is a really good complement to "the breaks".
I wish there could be a new under forum where one can discuss sampling and theories etc. Also a better way of searching through, looking for samples. Maybe a list where you can contribute, like a wiki or something.
It seems like cilva has a lot of good storytelling for us. I wanna hear all about it.

To be real, Rainy Dayz and the sample used by Fab..they're different. How do I know, it's because I PLAYED THE KEYS IN RAINY DAYZ. Hopefully that clears that up.

Now when you say, I PLAYED THE KEYS, do you mean that you played with a sample of a string or is it just a sound from a keyboard?
