those states haven't outlawed income tax, they just don't have a state income tax. alaska and texas make lots of money off of oil, florida makes lots of money off of tourism, nevada from gambling and i have no idea how s. dakota, washington or wyoming can survive without an income tax, but whatever
Can you name something that you have done for your country Mr. Costello?

and he never went to jail. True story.
i actually watched a documentary on PBS talking about how Income Tax is unconstitutional.
then i learnt in one of my economics class that that argument is mostly adopted by corrupt CEOs n shit who point to loopholes in the law to get away without paying their income tax.
sounds like extortion to me. seems like the gov is using loopholes to get your money.
if wages are not profit and the constitution defines profit as income. and the irs can only tax income. why are our wages being taxed?
wages=income. THe government is representative of the people. People are funding the government, ie, they are investing the money to have their interests carried out.
Shit cost money.
actually income tax didnt start til permanently (16th amendment) til 1916 altho they had one briefly during the civil war.

i mean you do realize this is how constitutionality is determined? you do know that right?
the wording and definitions of law are vital to laws' application and enforcement.
that's like saying illegal search and seizure doesn't apply to x-raying your home because the cops are not actually entering your home. then when you try to debate the definition of "search" the gov tells you "eh...Semantics".
wages = the exchage of services for legal tender or goods. the exchange is made for equally valued items.
one hr of work in exchange for $10. there is no profit.
the constitution defines income as "gains" which means profit.
the congress does not have the right to tax wages. it has the right to tax profits.
the constitution is defined by THE PEOPLE not the GOV.
thats why it starts with WE THE PEOPLE.
