Yeah, I was gonna say Kool Keith as well because of his delivery and the sound of his voice. But listening closely, his voice definitely differs from Keith. The content as well, isn't what Keith would typically rhyme about. It's also said in the comments that the MC collabed with Whizee G. But that doesn't narrow it down for me at least, haha.
