OV Wright, Syl Johnson, Al Green, Ann Peebles, Willie Mitchell, Jean Plum etc. Look for these cats and you'll find a dozen samples. If you're looking from true master samples he's done the same and sampled his ass off of the stax catalog from the late 60s. Carla Thomas, Otis Redding etc.
