This is one of many candidates. This scale is quite common in many genres. Out of all the earlier suggested candidates this one qualifies better. Partly because it has a part where the guitar part is. There is a drum at the end of the loop though that most be resolved, its not in Tragedy. This needs to be further examined.
Besides it maybe being the sample, this song is an outrage, full of cool sounds etc. I would love to hear rza sample parts of it.
Tragedy might be the holiest of my sample grails which is the reason for my skepticism. If someone could step up and recreate the song to prove that this is the one.

I have now spent some time with this sample, i pitched it and played around with it. It's not the one. I am sorry, really sorry. It's a great track though. It doesnt sound right.

ever thought about, that rza sampled the sample himselfe and he just used the melody?!
