Do they really need to devote several hours on ESPN talking about the draft again today? I'd rather see Around the horn. At least put the regular shows on ESPN 2 or something.
What chants were epic..
Kellen Moore NCAA's most winningest QB goes undrafted.
loser Vikings running back beats the crap out of a guy cause he said he resembled a celebrity? really?
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/vikings...2925--nfl.html
he will probably be cut
to be fair though before I say anything about what he did I have to hear his side of the story first
ESPN is reporting that the celebrity in question is Travon Martin
lol
Once again
New Orleans is so fucked.
Junior Seau is dead. He was shot.
that is all. just wanted to beat Check 2 to the story
I'm reading that it was apparently a suicide. Either way, that's too bad. I really enjoyed watching Junior play especially during the Natrone Means days. RIP.
fuck junior seau, natron means and alfred pupunu or whatever the fuck his name was. i still remember that 1994 afc championship game
Rip #55
Wow, just wow....
RIP. So eight players from that 1994 Super bowl team have died?
He made Marcellus Wiley cry. :(
Seau was so worried about getting a fine from Roger Gooddell that he shot himself in the chest and not the head.
Almost seems to be something fishy about this. No note of any type? He shot himself in the chest? None of his family or friends suspected anything was wrong? No known history of depression? Strange.

he tried killing himself 2 years ago by driving off a cliff.
They have been a little too lenient on the Saints so far.

-Terrell Owens released by Allen indoor team
ALLEN, Texas (AP) Terrell Owens has been released by the Allen Wranglers and lost his ownership stake in the Indoor Football League team.
The team says Owens didn't plan to play in two upcoming road games with possible playoff implications. The six-time Pro Bowl receiver also was a no-show for a scheduled appearance at a local children's hospital with other players and coaches.
Wranglers owner Jon Frankel said in a statement Tuesday that the team couldn't keep a player like Owens when fans were noticing and commenting about a ''lack of effort both on and off the field.''
The 38-year-old Owens didn't get any NFL offers to play last season after surgery on his left knee. He had 35 catches for 420 yards and 10 touchdowns while playing eight of Allen's 11 games.
Former Steelers QB Kordell Stewart officially retires
PITTSBURGH — Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kordell Stewart officially retired on Wednesday, saying he needed closure nearly seven years after playing his final NFL down.
The 39-year-old planned to sign a one-day contract with Pittsburgh before walking away to give his football career a sense of finality.
Stewart played for the Steelers in eight of his 11 seasons, becoming a sensation in the late-1990s when his versatility as a quarterback, running back, wide receiver and kick returner earned him the nickname "Slash." He helped Pittsburgh to the 1996 Super Bowl and made the Pro Bowl as a quarterback in 2001 after leading Pittsburgh to a 13-3 record.
The former Colorado star split time between Chicago and Baltimore over his final three seasons, last playing as a backup with the Ravens in 2005.
so if a player does not retire it never counts even if he has not played in years?
yeah, i think to receive your pension, you have to officially retire.
