Charles Jones in his own words

I saw a recent picture of him in the newspaper and he looks terrible. I know he has diabetes and that sucks because he's young. He's probably about 37-38 years old now. Anybody knows what year he was born? I'm guessing 1970 or 1971. How does a person get diabetes? Do you get it from eating a lot of greasy and sugary food? My dad tells me all the time that i need to eat more vegetables and fruit but i'm weak for fried food and sweets like ice cream, apple pie, cookies. I eat fruit sometimes. I like bananas, strawberries, peaches. I hope Phife's health gets better. I wanted to hear some more solo albums from him because i like Ventilation album. Sucks that Tribe broke up because i would've loved to hear more albums from them.

i have diabetes myself it's can happen because of an on set due to bad eatting such as all the corn syrup which is mostly sugar in allot of drinks or allot sugary foods,etc. bad eating habits,stress and genetics. i'm going on 5 years n i feel phife he needs to drop some mo music

I drink a lot of sugary juice too like fruit punch, lemonade, orange drink, grape drink. My dad tells me i should drink more water and i don't. I'm hard headed when it comes to food and juice that i like. It's hard for me to give up red meat like hamburgers, chicken, steak, pork chops, sausage, bacon. I remember KRS One's song Beef and he talked about how red meat is bad for you. It's hard for me to eat vegetables more than red meat. That's a problem for most blacks because a lot of blacks like fried foods.

I like oranges.

Ghostface also has pretty bad diabetes, among other things.
