I think I heard the flute from the beginning of this in Positive K's song "Friends" off his Skills Dat Pay Da Bills 92 album. Besides that, it's got a nice drum break and is a good song overall.

I just woke up this morning thinking how funky that Pos K album is, the way the music was selected and arranged from song to song. The early 90's were some great days where sampling was more free with Pete & CL, Brand Nubian, Tribe, Diamond, Black Sheep & others using straight up loops dug up from lost gems.
I could listen to full songs sampled for that album all day. I remember reading in an article that he went through Afrika Bambaataa's record collection to make the album.
