As someone cheering for Denver last night, I honestly thought the Refs did a good job. The blatant holds or DPI were called. Seattle's cornerbacks weren't going to give up any easy catches when they were beat. You could see that with Thomas' TD.
Manning has 2-3 years left and the next 3 Superbowls are in warm weather. He is way too inconsistent in cold weather games. With that said, it wasn't all his fault last night. That first play of the game definitely through the entire offense for a loop. The defense gave them a chance when it was 8-0 to get back into the game and the offense blew it. All season long they were calling run plays on 3rd and long, and it never worked. Drove me crazy.
The number of starters out on defense this year was crazy for Denver. I think it was Baldwin last night that made Champ Bailey look terrible.
Seattle was great last night.
