James Crow, my boss is black. 16th Chamber, i live with my parents. Inspectah Dirk, i'm a janitor part time at night. I made one phone call to a female on the company phone. A white employee snitched on me i bet. Only other times i've used the company phone is to call my supervisor to let her know i'm at work. My supervisor won't let me call her on my cellphone to check in to let her know i'm at work and i don't know why. I knew a employee was gonna eventually complain about me using the company's phone.

There aren't that many blacks working for the company and that's because the company doesn't treat the employees right and the pay is low. Ya'll know how blacks are. They don't like working for low pay and i don't either. Sad thing about it is that the manager of the company is black and black managers and supervisors are just as bad as white supervisors.

too many LOL moments to state

She was tripping at her husband Idris Elba because she found out that the white girl Ali Larter who he worked with was found naked in his bed almost dead at a hotel. She was wondering why was the girl in his hotel room and he tried to explain himself but Beyonce wouldn't listen. She automatically jumped to conclusions like most black women do and she felt that he may have cheated on her when that wasn't the case. He told her that Ali was stalking him and Beyonce just wouldn't believe him. She said to him, i asked you if anything happened at the christmas party and you told me no. Idris should've told her what happened at the party but if he had did that, Beyonce would've gotten upset at him i bet LOL. Then the thing that made me mad about Beyonce is when she told Idris to leave their house because she was mad at him about the white girl. How is she gonna tell him to leave when he's the one that's paying the bills on the house? LOL. Beyonce didn't have a job. In a situation like that, i would've taken her ass to court and let the judge make a decision on who can stay in the house while they're separated.

Okay okay. That makes a few things clear. But why does it have to be a "white" employee haha? I'm white, and i will never EVER snitch on co-workers, i fucking hate that. Also, i would fucking fire people who come up to me snitching about other collegues of them.
And you say "eventually complain", which kinda implies you use the phone for private use more often?
Also, ask your supervisor to give a good reason why you can't call her on your cellphone.
Just say it's a one time thing, because you needed to make a call, but your cellphone was out, and if neccesary you will repay any costs you made.
They can't fire you over this man, that would be crazy.

In every movie of Tyler's that i've seen, he always has mad black women. I just saw his new movie I Can Do Bad All By Myself with Taraji Henson, Mary J Blige, Gladys Knight. Taraji and her niece were always angry LOL. This is typical of his black female characters in every movie he's done. Even his character Madea is always mad hahahahahahahahahahaha. Madea is funny though.
