I don't use the company phone often for private calls. I made a private call one time. And your right that it would be stupid for my job to fire me behind this shit especially since i've been with the job for 6 years. A friend of mine told me he's been outta work since May of this year. He explained to me what happened. He said his white female supervisor fired him and she told him the reason was that she didn't like his work performance. He told me that her and her supervisor had a meeting with him and told him he needs to do a better job with his work performance. He told me he was shocked when he got fired because he said he thought he was doing a better job. He told me he was the only black person at the job. I told him his situation sounds like discrimination to me because if he was doing a good job and he was being a good consistent employee, there's no reason for his supervisor to fire him. He also told me that his boss said he didn't have enough experience for the job. Ain't that a bitch. I told him he should talk to a lawyer and just ask some questions to a lawyer about his former job to see if he has a chance for a lawsuit. I feel bad for my friend because he's a good guy and he told me he's been sending jobs his resume and nobody has gotten back to him. He said if he doesn't get a job soon, he's gonna be homeless. I would hate to see him living on the streets.
Haha, asking never hurt anyone. If she can't give a normal answer to a normal question, then she shouldn't be supervisor anyway.
And if that company fires people who worked there for 6 years because of one personal call, then i wonder just how long that company will be functional..

Good question. The italian actors Spike has though are good actors. It seems to me that italian actors seem to get stereotyped in the movies. They're always playing gangsters and criminals. Robert Deniro and Al Pacino are the only italian actors i know that play versatile characters. Is John Turturro and Nick Turturro italian?

I said to the security guard, what type of people do you expect are gonna work for the company when the job pays a low salary? LOL.
It's kinda suspicious that they fired him since he's the only black person on the job there. But that could also be coincedince.
But they should have had some talks with him about his performance before just firing him, they should've given him a change to do his work better.
Also, they can't say he doesn't have enough experience AFTER they hired him, they should say that before they hire you and then, obviously, don't hire you. If they already did, they can't use that as a fucking excuse.

I know most of ya'll on here can relate to this topic. I'm so glad i'm working right now because if i wasn't, ya'll probably wouldn't be talking to me now because i'd try to kill myself LOL. I know that sounds messed up but that's the truth because i hate being unemployed and having no money. I remember when i was unemployed about 7 years ago and i was unemployed for awhile. I hated having to eat my grandfather's food because i couldn't buy my own. He got upset about that too. It's not my fault that jobs aren't calling me. I fill out applications. What more am i supposed to do? Society tells people that they're supposed to go to school and get a education and some job training so you can get a job. That sounds easy but it's not easy to get a job even if you go to school. Most blacks can't afford to go to school. And who in the hell wants to be stuck with a school debt the rest of your life? I swear if i lose both of these jobs i got now, i don't know what i'm gonna do. I don't wanna get on welfare and get food stamps because that's not me. So many poor blacks take advantage of the government and get on welfare because they're lazy and don't wanna work. I hate these fucking jobs that pay people a low salary and give them no medical and dental benefits. That's not right.

^there isnt a KFC within my city that isnt completely stocked with black employess. Not racist, thats just how it is. Macdonalds is also the same but only about 90% black employess.
