so when is the rematch?

I had JT ahead by 1 or 2 points at the time of the stoppage.

I thought he was gonna take over the fight, cause he worked nicely with his jab in rounds 5 and 6. But then the KO in round 7... danm i really didn't expect it.

But I think JT will beat him in a rematch by UD. JT is the better boxer.

Calzaghe v. Kessler this week. Who is everyone taking???

I don't know.. hard fight to predict.

Calzaghe: Good boxer, very fast, nice combinations, superb stamina, but he is hittable....
Kessler: Strong, heigth-advantage, reach-advantage, decent speed...

I think that Calzaghe will win the first few rounds, let's say the first 2 or 3 rounds. But then Kessler will impose his will on Calzaghe. His power will be too much for Calzaghe. He will KO him late (about 10th round) or win a close decision.

Why do i think this?

Cause Calzaghe can be hurt, he has been knocked down by numerous opponent and in the fight with Bika, you could see that he had a hard time with Bika's strength. Kessler is at least as strong as Bika, but punches in better combinations and is a much better boxer.

Damn I can't wait for this fight. I'm going with Calzaghe by SD. Although I do believe that Kessler can beat him. Especially after watching him destoy Andrade after his last fight. I just believe in the later rounds, ring experience (with better fighters & age) is going to pay off for Calzaghe, but again Kessler is going to have a different advantage with fresher legs. Let's just wait and see what happens...

Big win by calzaghe so who is he going to fight next b-hop a rematch with kessler the winner of pavlik/taylor 2 or some one else

bhop v calzaghe would be great. both were seen as though as if they had passed their age limit for boxing, but they shine more than ever. that fight would be purely for boxing.

Where would they fight though? I know Calzaghe doesn't want to fight anywhere besides Wales. And would B-Hop really fight there?

Anyone going to watch The Contender finale on ESPN2 tuesday? Unlike the past, I actually think this year they had some promising boxers. Jaidon Codrington (18-1, only loss to Allen Green) faces Sakio Bika (24-3, lost to Sam Soliman (MD), Joe Calzaghe, and Lucian Bute). Both of these guys have the potential of having a title shot down the line and should make a good fight tuesday night. I have Jaidon by UD.

Cotto vs Mosley? I got Mosley, Cotto is a good fighter dont get me wrong but he hasnt really fought anybody imo, i think he has the weakest chin in the game & Mosley should be able to expose that tonight with that "74 reach

This should be up for fight of the year. At first my thoughts were for Cotto, but my heart says Mosley. However, Cotto is edging the betting lines right now. This is one of the closest betting lines for boxing all year. (PBF -145 v. ODLH; Calzaghe -175 v. Kessler; PBF -220 v. Hatton)
