well done to the Americans for finishing first in the group, really opens their path to a quarter final if Germany win.
England played better, but already the English are saying that this team can win the world cup. after 1 decent performance they already over the clouds again. if they face the Germans i dnt see them doing much to be honest.
England played great in the first half but they struggled in the second. If they carry on like this, they don't stand a chance against a team like Argentina, Germany or Brazil.

Well, Slovenia's midfield just couldn't give that decisive pass. I must say, it was a really interesting game, and I'm happy we only lost by one goal, that makes me proud that we leave the tournament without playing like Greeks, or even better - like Algeria [they played three dirty games =/]...I hope we continue in this fashion, there are a bunch of really talented players waiting, hell - even Handanović [our first-choice goalkeeper, who is, IMO, one of the top10 goalkeepers in the world, I think we all can agree on that after this game], Jokić and Birsa are still young players.
4 points in our second WC? For a country with only 2 million people living here - that's a fucking success. I hope we'll play England again soon =) maybe Euro 2012? =)

Australia played good...I still don`t think they deserve to go through to the next round, but with that said, they have shown alot of improvement since getting hammered by germany 4-0

Im happy for the USA getting through. They played well and deserved it, had some horrible referreing desicious going against them.
Would have rathered seening Slovenia get through over England (being irish im supposed to hate England) but the way England have played cant see them going too far.
My man Milner was good, Barry and Rooney were very poor.
Delighted Ghana got through, would have loved to see more African teams get through. I hope they do well for the whole continent.

Congratulations to Australia on victory, they cleverly used their chances and scored, which can not be said for serbia. We seriously lack some quality attack players, but nevertheless we were much better than 4 years ago in germany.
If Schweinsteiger or Őzil get in those shoot positions like Birsa did, England won't stand a chance in the next round! It's going to be a good game tho, I can see it =)
