nevertheless, congrats to the chargers. they're taking advantage of the opportunity they've been given.

peyton continues to not come through in the playoffs. even when they did win it all it was because the running game and the defense. sprowles ran all over the colts tonight.

cant run the football + cant stop the run = start preparing for the pro bowl peyton.

you earn a playoff spot based on your win percentage and the chargers getting over the pats spits in the face of that. you win 11 games and a team that only won 8 got a spot because their division sucked. not because they had a better season but because the other teams in their division didnt win a lot of games.

Actually Wade, look at the NBA for say the past oh I dunno 10 years? You have teams from the Eastern conference making the playoffs with sub-.500 records while 50 win teams from the Western Conference are being left out of the playoffs. Is it fair? Maybe not. Why do they do it? So playoffs are spread out amongst geographical locations. Like it or not, it's the truth.

peyton should not have got MVP and even more disappointing is the fact that A.P came in fourth place

it was a good game today between the bolts and colts but the defense screwed up and cost them penalties and then sproles with the dagger.

is it fair? maybe not. so get rid of it all and just have the top 16 play it out. the conference and division crap is based on worthless traditionalism anyway.

to hell with spreading the playoffs out. this isnt your kid's pee wee league where everyone needs to be coddled and protected from the reality of losing. this is sports and these are grown men. welcome to the real world where to the winner goes the spoils and to the loser goes the foils.
