Prodigal Sunn announces new Sunz of Man album coming in 2019

This should not be labeled as a sunz album. I agree with everybody saying that everybody sounds good on here. Its disappointing that P. Sunn is marketing this as a sunz album. Hopefully we will be surprised and this isn't the final version.

They all tweeted it as a Sunz of Man album. Haven’t heard it myself yet, but it’s a shame if it doesn’t quite sound like one

Yawn, we get it Ringz. Back to topic, CD arrived. I like it but like everyone said this is a P Sunn album. I don’t care though as I rather get this than nothing. But it’s a tease cuz these guys still sound great together. Peace

Album is great, but it’s just like everyone said.. A P. Sunn album with features. It is what it is tho, cus who would have thought we’d get a new album after all this time. Hopefully they’ll make another one with more actual Sunz of Man tracks

According to P.Sunn's twitter, this seems to be the case. He has clarified the album as a "Sunz dedication album", as follows:

"Just a lil something in the works after the SUNZ of Man dedication album “The Rebirth” releases on Aug 2. The SUNZ continues.. it just the beginning. More SUNZ on the way. We working!!"

So, hopefully this is an indication that The Rebirth is a prelude to what will be a full Sunz of Man reunion album at some point.
