^^^i get the feeling fury's not going to be in it much, neither is black widow, pepper potts or of course the hulk
Sam Jackson has already said Fury and SHIELD will get more screentime in Ironman 2, its sequels, and other future Marvel movies.
^^^well 2-3 scenes is more screentime than being in it for 30 seconds after the credits lol i just doubt he's going to have a huge amount of screen time.
and SHIELD were joke nonentities in the first Iron Man so here they should step up--hopefully they're wearing the same uniforms they have in the comics.

^^^ya i'm just assuming, it's just that sam is such a commanding performer, that giving him anymore he would completely commandeer the movie and it would become the nick fury show...plus that's the nature of nick fury (at least as guest star), he pops up to let you know shit is about to hit the fan, and then shows up after shit has hit the fan to let you know you fucked up and now he's taking control of the situation to do damage control lol

Although true, Sam has easily done side roles/supporting roles where he isnt the center of attention, he knows when his agressiveness isnt necessary. I mean shit I just found out hes going to be in Inglorious Basterds and Im sure he wont be the commanding actor he usually is just for a scene or two. Plus, I doubt Tony is going to fuck up in this movie to the point where Fury has to come in and lay down the law his own way
