^How do you like it?
I thought it was sick, Jamie & Paul went off, they had a lot to get off their chests.
So I ended up going back to Best Buy yeterday evening and copped Meta-Historical.
It was on sale for $9.99, which was a nice surprise cuz I figured it was gonna cost me $13.99.
The album is awesome, although when I first heard about the project I hoped that true Master would have more verses but w/e man, the album slays.
lol big doe rehab was the last joint i bought. I stay dling.
NY's Finest - Pete Rock
Dillanthology Vol.1 - J Dilla
The Magnificent - DJ Jazzy Jeff
Trinity(Past, Present, and Future) - Slim Village
Desire - Pharoahe Monch
Wake Up - The Roots/John Legend
I need to go pick up Dirty Money and Super Tight sometime soon. Working on getting my UGK CD collection up.
Don't get me wrong, $14 would've been fine.
But $10 was even better, the was nothing on the shelf indicating the sale price, usually there is.
I ended up having more beer money leftover lol.
"What I'm feeling" is my favorite track on H&H.Quote:

damn so i was just looking for a record store where i've been studying since the last two months and stumbled across one. they were closing down the same day, and sold out everything they got left with a 70% discount. there wasn't much left and it wasn't organized by genres or anything but i managed to find these LP's for a very cheap price:
AZ - "Undeniable"
LL Cool J - "Exit 13"
Ice Cube - "War & Peace (The War Disc)"
Anthony Hamilton - "Comin' From Where I'm From"
Georgia Anne Muldrow - "Olesi: Fragments Of The Earth"
Public Enemey - "Yo! Bumrush The Show"
also yesterday i ordered two CD's altho i knew damn well i shouldn't:
DJ Muggs vs. Sick Jacken - "Legend Of The Mask & The Assassin"
DJ Muggs vs. Ill Bill - "Kill Devil Hills"
Heltah Skeltah - Nocturnal
J Dilla - Donuts
Jaylib - Champion Sound

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony - Art of War

i don't know how the fuck i'm gonna make it this month but i ordered
Hell Razah's "Heaven Razah" - partly because it's a slamming album and partly as a form of charity. if you're a fan of the album you're a dickhead if you don't pick this up.

I have never really listened to The Beastie Boys before so I thought it was time to ged rid of my ignorance so to speak.
As for the Lil Wayne album, I used to be a hater of his but recently listened to some of the tracks and liked them. Time to stop being a silly hater and give this dude a real chance.
Del - Both Sides of the Brain
Del - No Need for Alarm
Comptons Most Wanted - Music to Drive By
Sway and King Tech - This or That
Lady of Rage - Necessary Roughness
KRS One - D.I.G.I.T.A.L
as a gift my woman bought me:
No More Mr. Nice Guy - Gang Starr
^^^ HAHAHA, The Albums You Have Recently Recieved As A Gift Thread.
Me, a few Duck Down Releases
Skyzoo & !llmind ~ Live From The Tape Deck
Rustee Juxx ~ Adamantine
Marco Polo ~ The Stupendous Adventures of Marco Polo
I'm not buying any more Duck Down Releases until these come out:
Pharoahe Monch ~ W.A.R.
Pete Rock & Smif-N-Wessun ~ Monumental
9th Wonder & Buckshot ~ The Solution
Random Axe ~ Random Axe (If it ever gets released)
Goretex - Art of Dying Instrumentals (would never buy his album, dope beats though lol)
You'll enjoy 'em. Both albums, in my opinion, are far from the artists' best work but good pieces of music nonetheless.
I bought two CDs today, not hip hop but whatever:

Just copped Live From The Tape Deck & Album Of The Year, £7 each. Cheap as hell.

I haven't listened to either of these albums, which I haven't done since I bought Stray Bullets at a b-real concert.
Gotta love the way alcohol influences the way you spend money.
The sides of these albums aren't stuck within the 'box' how did others who bought these work aroudn this?
Finally got my cop of Chamber Music :D dope, never heard it before
^which reminds me, i still need to buy my copy.
DJ Muggs vs. Planet Asia - "Pain Language"
(finally completed the DJ Muggs vs. series which is one of my favorite series in modern hip-hop, no question)
Madlib/Blue Note Records - "Shades Of Blue"
(imo what might be Madlib's best record of all time, but then again i'm a fan of the original '60s Blue Notes catalouge he remixes).
^Shades of Blue is ill. I got it on vinyl.
Manifesto - Inspectah Deck (was real cheap)
Heaven Razah - Hell Razah
Money, Power, Respect - LOX
Jay Stay Paid - J Dilla
The Unknown - Bronze Nazareth (still waiting for it to arrive)
also, found Rhyme and Reason on DVD the other day. anyone who hasnt seen it, should try to get a copy or find it on the web, real good watch.
