Aldon Smith is a bum! smh throwing away all this talent...for a repeat offender, he's done & will face jail time...at least the team was wise to restructure his remaining contract to non-guaranteed money
49ers linebacker Aldon Smith has been arrested again, according to reports. He was booked into Santa Clara County jail on $26,000 bail Thursday evening. The Santa Clara Police Department announced Friday morning that Smith was arrested on DUI, vandalism and hit and run charges. A press release is expected later.
Smith has had several run-ins with law in the past. In 2013, he turned himself in to authorities on felony gun charges stemming from a house party gone wrong. When he turned himself in, he was on a voluntary leave of absence from the team for a DUI arrest. In 2014, he was arrested after making a false bomb threat at LAX airport.
Smith was suspended nine games during the 2014 season for violations of the NFL's personal conduct and substance abuse policies. He returned in Week 11 and recorded 15 tackles and two sacks in seven games. Smith may be subject to further punishment, depending on the nature of his most recent arrest.
Should the 49ers decide to release Smith, he would stand to lose a lot of money. He is currently on a one year contract worth $9.754 million that was restructured during the offseason to convert his pay into a series of non-guaranteed roster bonuses and a smaller base salary. The restructuring was essentially a bet Smith made on himself that he would stay out of trouble.
If you refuse a breathalyzer it's a DUI whether you're under the influence or not dumb fuck!
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. LOL@Check Two dissing the black guy that plays for the Jets who was arrested for driving fast. His dumb ass resisted arrest? LOL.

Scrub Jets quarterback Geno Smith gets sucker-punched by a teammate, out 6-10 weeks with a broken jaw

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Players that are getting arrested are black LOL.
LOL@Check Two said Geno Smith got punched by his teammate and he's gonna be out for awhile hahahahahahahahahahaha. Geno does suck and his teammate probably hit him because he sucks LOL.
---- Iowa State DC on bum Geno Smith getting cold-cocked: 'Didn't surprise me'
So Wally, are you surprised that a teammate cold-cocked New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith in the jaw?
Pause.
"Didn't surprise me," Iowa State's defensive coordinator Wally Burnham said after practice Wednesday.
Burnham knows all about run-ins with the former West Virginia star, whose jaw was broken by teammate IK Enemkpali during a locker room confrontation Tuesday reportedly over a $600 airplane ticket.
At halftime of the Iowa State-West Virginia game in 2012 at Jack Trice Stadium, Smith ran into Burnham as the teams headed toward their locker rooms.
"I was just walking," said Burnham, who was 71 in 2012. "He pushed me."
One of the first Cyclones on the scene was Wally's son, Shane, who coaches defensive tackles.
"We were holding for the West Virginia team to clear the field," Shane recalled Wednesday. "There was some extra-curricular activity after the last play of the half — Geno didn't appreciate something by somebody, and he took out his frustration on dad."
That didn't sit well with Shane, who did what every son would do.
"I reacted," Shane said. "Part of it is that it's your dad, and part of it is it's your Iowa State brother. It was family and football family for me. It was a double-whammy.
"He had some choice words for dad, and I might have had a few choice words in return."
Shane and Smith talked again on the field before the second half.
"We had a follow-up conversation," Shane said.
Was it nice?
"We continued the conversation," Shane said.
After the game, Cyclones linebacker Jake Knott tweeted:
"G. Smith trying to push over Coach W Burnham at half was the most classless thing I've seen. Esp. from a "leader" #GrowUp"
So after West Virginia won 31-24, did Smith apologize to Wally Burnham?
"You think so?" he responded.
That's a no.
When is OJ Simpson getting outta prison? He's a sad man because he had several things going for him before he went to court about the murder of his wife. He used to be a football commentator and he was doing Hertz rental car commercials. He did a few movies. There was no need for him to kill his wife Nicole. Even if she was cheating on him, so what. Dump her and find another woman. Then he wins his murder trial and you think his dumb ass would stay outta trouble and he does more dumb stuff by going to Las Vegas to rob a man who had some of his trophies and some other stuff that I think the man bought from Ebay hahahahahahahahahaha. Why did OJ think this man stole this stuff from him? Even if the man had stole the stuff from him, OJ should've let the cops do their job and arrest the man.
Charles, I think you should write OJ. I think you could talk a lot of sense into him.

After dealing with tendonitis early in his career, David Carter knew he needed to make some lifestyle changes—so he went vegan.
Now, the Chicago Bears defensive tackle has to put in a lot of work to keep up with his new lifestyle and ensure he can still play in the NFL.
Carter opened up about his vegan diet to Luke Darby of GQ, revealing that he made the change after he had trouble just getting out of the bathtub. It's a big adjustment for someone who needs to keep his body in playing shape, but the 27-year-old has made the necessary adjustments to make it work.
The vegan diet certainly had an impact on Carter quickly. Within the first month, he lost a whopping 40 pounds and also had his pain disappear. As an NFL lineman, he couldn't afford to lose all of that weight and still be effective on the field. He has since worked himself back up to 300 pounds.
Many professional athletes follow strict diets to keep their bodies strong. Carter is no different, following a strict vegan meal plan.
Breakfast
Oatmeal with hemp protein, bananas and berries
Snack
20 ounce smoothie made with cannellini beans, banana, strawberries, and spirulina
Lunch
Brown rice and black beans topped with avocado and cashew cheese
Snack
Another 20 ounce smoothie
Another lunch
More of the brown rice and black bean combo
Snack
Another 20 ounce smoothie
Dinner
Couscous with onion and garlic, and spinach salad with bell peppers
Snack
Another 20 ounce smoothie
That works out to about 10,000 calories a day. Not only that, but he puts down "1.2 grams of protein per pound per day."
Carter admitted that there are times in which he would like to skip a meal or snack. However, knowing that he has to keep a certain weight, he makes sure that he follows the meal plan.
The lifestyle change is pretty remarkable. His body was telling him that he needed to make a major shift, so he did. When he realized that his new lifestyle affected his body, he made the proper adjustments to stay in playing shape.

Madchild, how do you know the address to the prison where OJ is? LOL. I don't wanna write him because if I did write him, it wouldn't do any good because he wouldn't listen. He's a old man and he don't want nobody telling him what to do because he thinks he's somebody special because he's a legendary NFL player LOL. RIP to his beautiful wife Nicole. He shouldn't have killed her or he had somebody kill her. That wasn't necessary. Like I said, he should've gotten another woman if he felt she was cheating on him. I heard she was messing around with his football buddy Marcus Allen. I also didn't like when OJ and his buddy that was riding on the freeway in his truck were speeding away from the cops because he made himself look guilty for Nicole's murder. If he hadn't speeded away from the cops, he may not have gotten locked up because he would've gotten out on bail before he went to court. He was lucky to have black lawyer Johnnie Cochran representing him because he was good. RIP Johnnie.
---Former NFL quarterback Erik Kramer survives suicide attempt
Former NFL quarterback Erik Kramer survived an apparent suicide attempt Wednesday night, California law enforcement sources and his former wife told NBC News.
Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies arrived at a Calabasas motel at around 8 p.m. to find Kramer wounded from a non-life-threatening gunshot, according to the report.
Marshawn Kramer, Kramer's ex-wife, told NBC News that it was a suicide attempt and that Kramer had suffered from years of depression, which she attributes to his football career. The parents also lost their son, Griffen, a former high-school quarterback who died from a drug overdose, in 2011 at the age of 18.
"He is a very amazing man, a beautiful soul, but he has suffered depression since he was with the Bears," Marshawn Kramer said. "I can promise you he is not the same man I married."
The couple divorced in 2010.
Kramer, 50, played with four teams, mostly with the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions, in a 10-year career between 1987 and 1999. His career highlights included leading the Lions to the NFC championship game following a 12-4 regular season in 1991. He also threw for 29 touchdowns in 1995 with the Bears, setting career highs in nearly every passing statistic that season.

ha! Borland exposes the kinda stuff NFLPA 'teaches' its newest members...busted!
C'MON MAN: Earlier this week ESPN.com did a really good story on Chris Borland and the potentially (though, hopefully not) gloomy future of football. In it Borland drops some interesting nuggets of information on what it's like to play in both college and the NFL, including this bit of legal advice from a former player that the retired linebacker refused to name:
"Get yourself a fall guy," Borland says one of the former players advised. The former player, whom Borland declined to name, told the rookies that if they ran into legal trouble, their designated fall guy would be there to take the blame and, if necessary, go to jail. "'We'll bail him out,'" Borland says the former player assured them.
Borland was appalled. "I was just sitting there thinking, 'Should I walk out? What am I supposed to do?' " he recalls. He says he didn't leave the room because he didn't want to cause a scene, but the incident stayed with him.
Well, the internet has a way of figuring things out, though this mystery was apparently not that hard to solve seeing as how the entire video is on NFL.com (though it'll almost certainly be erased at some point very soon). In it (which you can watch below) Carter tells the incoming players:
"Just in case y'all not going to decide to do the right thing, if y'all got a crew, you got to have a "fall guy" in the crew."
He then expounds upon that eyebrow raising statement as Warren Sapp nods along with it.Sapp's escapades earlier this year with a prostitute prove that the "fall guy" apparently doesn't stay loyal after you retire and your money's all gone. This, of course, is something every rookie planning on paying for sex in the future should be sure to make a note of.
Anyway, this is not going to be a good look for Carter or the league. It also appears that ESPN was unknowingly talking about one of their own analysts by adding that in to their story. But, if nothing else, this could serve as a good introductory "C'mon Man" for the 2015 season.
Update (7:43 p.m.): The NFL has deleted the video (click on pic to view) from their site & issued a statement about Carter’s presentation:
This was an unfortunate and inappropriate comment made by Cris Carter during the 2014 NFC rookie symposium. The comment was not representative of the message of the symposium or any other league program. The league’s player engagement staff immediately expressed concern about the comment to Cris. The comment was not repeated in the 2014 AFC session or this year’s symposium.

Report: IK Enemkpali, seeking sex, once punched man he thought was woman
You know the guy who punched Geno Smith? Yeah, the same one whom the New York Jets released and who was claimed immediately by the Buffalo Bills?
Related Stories
IK Enemkpali reportedly once punched a man who posed as a woman and offered sexual favors SB Nation
Yeah, that guy — IK Enemkpali.
Turns out that Smith is not the only person he’s punched. Back in 2011, per ESPN’s Outside the Lines, Enemkpali punched a man he thought was a woman he had found on the internet to purchase oral sex.
Yes, Enemkpali was catfished by a dude. The story, remarkably, gets weirder.
Enemkpali met someone on Facebook named “Missy Lee” and they arranged to meet for a paid dalliance. When the then college player at Louisiana Tech got there, “Missy Lee” was covered completely in a blanket and something didn’t add up.
So Enemkpali reportedly left, only to return later and see that — by the light of a cell phone (or possibly a higher power?) — “Missy Lee” had a five-o’clock shadow and that there was a third person in the room.
Assuming he was being set up to be robbed, according to the report, Enemkpali punched the person who quite clearly now was a man and fled by jumping through a window. (Told you it would get weirder.)
The man in question — Ketryn Anderson, who reportedly is senior pastor at a Shreveport (La.) church — repeatedly threatened to report Enemkpali to the police for the two broken teeth he suffered, which led Enemkpali to file his own report three days later on the off-the-rails incident.
Enemkpali refused to press charges once the incident was reported to the school, perhaps trying to keep it under wraps. Enemkpali had been suspended before the start of that season for hitting an off-duty cop a bar and was charged with battery on an officer and disturbing the peace, so it was the police’s theory that Anderson/”Missy Lee” was seeking to prey on an athlete who had been in trouble before and might not be inclined to report what might happen.
Anderson refused comment to ESPN unless they paid him.
Some NFL teams were aware of the story before the 2014 draft and red-flagged Enemkpali for the incident. It was the same year that Manti Te’o came out for the NFL, so teams likely were brushing up on their definition of catfishing.
So now Enemkpali is a member (in good standing?) with the Bills, who face the Jets in Week 9, which could reunite Enemkpali (if he makes the team) and Smith (if his jaw is healed and he gets his starting gig back). There will be no gender confusion then, we hope, but we’re not ruling out the possibility of something else completely strange occurring in that Thursday night matchup.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha. I saw ESPN's First Take talking about Robert Griffin when he said he thinks he's the best quarterback in the NFL. I don't know why he made those dumb comments because he hasn't done anything LOL. He hasn't won any championships and he hasn't had any playoff success. He continues to get hurt and Kirk Cousins is a better passer than him. His big mouth is gonna get him outta the NFL sooner than later because teams aren't gonna take a chance on him when the Redskins get rid of him. He may have one or two teams that'll take him but he won't last long in the NFL.

--- Tyler Sash, won Super Bowl with Giants, dead at 27
http://l2.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/vS...81459539593624
IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) -- Tyler Sash, a standout safety at Iowa who won a Super Bowl with the New York Giants, has died, the state medical examiner's office said Tuesday. He was 27.
John Kraemer, the director of forensic operations for the medical examiner, told The Associated Press his office is investigating Sash's death along with police in Oskaloosa, Iowa, Sash's hometown.
Oskaloosa police said in a statement that emergency services were called to a residence Tuesday morning in response to an unresponsive male, which they said turned out to be Sash.
Foul play was not suspected. No cause of death has been determined, Kraemer said, and an autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday morning.
''We were all deeply saddened today to hear of the passing of Tyler. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tyler's family and friends and all the Hawkeyes he was so proud to represent,'' the Giants said in a statement.
Sash started 37 games for the Hawkeyes from 2007-10, earning first-team All-Big Ten honors as a senior. He was fourth all-time in interception return yardage in the Big Ten when he graduated, and his 13 picks are fifth-best in school history.
One of the best games of Sash's career came in 2009 against Iowa State, whom the Hawkeyes face on Saturday in Ames. Sash collected three interceptions in Iowa's 35-3 victory, and the Hawkeyes went on to win 11 games and the Orange Bowl that season.
Sash played two seasons with the New York Giants, winning a Super Bowl ring in 2011. He was suspended for four games in 2012 for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing substances policy by testing positive for Adderall, a stimulant used primarily to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and the sleep disorder narcolepsy.
The Giants cut ties with Sash prior to the 2013 opener, reaching an injury settlement after he sustained a concussion in the preseason finale against New England.
Sash was arrested in May 2014 in Oskaloosa after police said he led officers on a four-block chase with a motorized scooter before running into a wooded area. Officers say Sash was shocked with a stun gun after he refused to be handcuffed.
Sash later pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65.
Paki O'Meara, a former Iowa running back and teammate of Sash, described him as a quiet guy who came alive on game day.
''To think of somebody that was so selfless and gave so much, such a good guy, I'm just really shocked,'' O'Meara said during a radio interview with KXNO in Des Moines.
Former Giants player Antrel Rolle tweeted his condolences to Sash's family.
''This is heartbreaking,'' wrote Rolle, who now plays for Chicago. ''Feels like I am dreaming. I am literally hurting right now.''
Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz abruptly cancelled his weekly press conference Tuesday before addressing Sash's death in a statement.
Ferentz will meet with reporters Wednesday.
''We are all very saddened to hear about the untimely loss of Tyler,'' Ferentz said. ''It is always so difficult when it involves someone this young. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Tyler's family during this extremely difficult time - and we want them to know they are not in this alone.''
Charles, even if Cleveland made Johnny Football their mascot, drafted a King named James as a wide-receiver/tight-end then bribed Father Time and were able to bring back Otto Graham, with Brian Sipe and Bernie Kosar as backups, while Ozzie Newsome ran perfect routes and Jim Brown bulldozed defenders, Browns still wouldn’t get to the Super Bowl. Not only are they as cursed as Al Bundy but they’ve always lacked a very important thing - a stalwart defense. I’m sure you’ve heard of "The Drive." I know John Elway was a stud but they made him look like Jesus walking on water.
