Beating your kids, just like everything else that is good, has been destroyed by retards who ruin it for everybody. There's a difference between punishing or restraining your child versus abusing them because you feel shitty about yourself or are a complete dick in some way.
Some kids just need to be reminded that they can't get everything their way and there is something called pain and strong men/women in this world. If they throw a fit because they want some toy or didn't get something they wanted and are either refusing to do something, tearing the place up and actually hitting their parents, you have to put them into fucking line.
Family is still a wilderness, and still a struggle for dominance. Kids shouldn't be dominant or equal when growing up. Just as many kids have been fucked up by pampering as by beating.
I don't want a kid who doesn't know what a stiff slap feels like before he reaches his teens. That is its own kind of knowledge and education.
So are you trying to say that parents who don't beat their kids are retards? If your stupid ass knew that there are other ways you can discipline your kids when they act up, you would know that you don't have to beat them to get them to act right.

I don't watch reality shows because i get so tired of seeing people arguing with each other and doing ignorant shit especially on black reality shows. Run's House is the only reality show i watch. I'm gonna start watching Eddie Griffin's show.

Of course there are many ways to skin a cat, some ways are better, and there are different kinds of cats. There is nothing more efficient than pain and the quick realization of a dominant power. Try taking away something from an alpha kid and reasoning with him, he'll just try his best to get it back because he doesn't respect your right to withhold something from him. This is partly what I mean by knowledge. Kids are still little animals trying to survive in their environment. There are different adaptations and strategies, but for the most part, if they can get away with something they will, and will exploit a weakness as much as they can.
Force is a real and a universal language. You can't always expect reason to work with children. I also, don't want my children to forget that language.

Back to the topic of beating children, like i said before, beating them is wrong. If i had children, i wouldn't beat them. I would just put them on punishment when they act up and i would have a talk with them to let them know right from wrong. Because i'm telling ya'll when kids become adults, they will hate their parents for beating them and they'll end up not having a relationship with their parents anymore. I'm glad i'm not a kid anymore because i used to hate my dad when he spanked me. Our relationship is a little bit better now that i'm grown. But sometimes i can't stand him because of the way he yells and curses when he gets upset with me. I'm glad he doesn't get upset with me often. That's why i make sure i don't do nothing stupid to upset him.
if kids misbehave, by all means punish them but punishment should always mean that they should be beaten?
some parents love to hit their kid on the head when they've been naughty. now if your kid has any problems with his/her brain, like a cyst or something, and you didn't know anything about it, then you could inadvertently cause your own kid's death.
i don't think a smacked bottom as a last resort wouldn't do much harm, as long as they're made to understand the reason behind the smacking.
I'm still pretty new here, I just like reading posts but I feel compelled at times to speak my mind.
First if any of our black leaders were here today, they'd be fighting to rectify the situation not tarnish or throw salt on it like you are. I think there is a misunderstanding that you have with some black people. I admit I do not know you and I could be wrong but let me ask you this. If you had a child and you could not get a job, not even one that pays you min. wage, would you let your child go hungry? would you let your mom be thrown on the corner? What would you do? Some are forced to do things that we deem as ignorant because they've been forced there. If school gets in the way, and you literally see no future whats the point? I went to a JR College to sign up and told the guy behind the PC (believe it was a Dean) that I just wanted general Ed, and he told me I'm wasting my time, its not worth it.
Also I find it a bit ironic that Poor and Ignorant go hand in hand. Does rich and intelligent also equate to you?
