In a lot of ways it's the British sportsman's attiude against the American sportsman's attitude.

I remember when Calzage fought Manfredo off The Contender. In the pre fight hype, they had Manfredo running his mouth for about 5 minutes on how bad he was gonna beat up Calzage and how he wasn't a real champ, then they cut to Calzage standing alone in a field in Wales and he just said "Talk's cheap". That's the way to do it in my book.

that's true. ok calzaghe has run his mouth a lil at times, but british fighters havent been as mouthrunnerish as some other fighters. (except naseem hamed)

i do like hatton, but i have been a mayweather fan for much longer. i know PBF is a loud mouth, but this is also entertainment business. Mayweather respects the game totally, he loves boxing. he also knows the only way to get money is to get known, and being a dick worked for him.

i hope the fight will live up to the expectations.


and btw, if u dnt already know,

Lacy v Manfredo will also be on the card that night. that will be an interesting fight as both just came from injuries and share losses to calzaghe.

lol true, naseem was a great figher, his style was like his talk, OTT.

but his cockiness got the better of him when he lost against barrera. now the fatty is balancing jail and outside reality. remember he crashed his SLR? what a muppet. he also ran away from the scene hoping nobody would find out who it was. lol

i think he is, he was gonna have some great comeback planned, but hes way too fat now. he got like a double chin n all. he should stay home for now and finish his cookies.

Floyd has the talent and damn sure works hard for his cocky attitude. The big talk is just confidence. I recall hearin that Floyd spares for like 10 - 15 minutes a round. Now, I want to believe this but if it isn't true then it is what is. But, Floyd is a boxer with a flamboyant style that other boxers don't really possess.

Again, Floyd over Hatton on Dec. 8th.
