looking at the draw England and Germany both have it really hard. if we go by all the games going as planned either team can face Argentina in the quarters and Spain in the semi-final.
the USA have a legit chance of making the semi-final, looking at their side of the draw.
credit to Japan today they scored some pretty good goals. like i said before one of the asian sides S.Korea or Japan can go far.
Italy's second goal so far best of the tournament. i feel bad for the god that is Cannavaro they ripped him to shreds on English TV saying his career was going to be measured by what happened today.

Congrats to the slovaks....while they didn`t set the tournament on fire, they played ok...italy was a bit unlucky that the second equalizing goal was judged offside, had they scored that slovakia would have been rattled and maybe could have not hung on....
The time wasting was disgraceful.....and I kinda felt sorry for the italians in that regard, but then they have done unethical things to win games before, but seeing them realizing that it was being done to them, made me fell sorry for them in a way...hopefully they will learn a lesson from that and be more ethical in future games they play (but I doubt it).
