I don't know why they are making such a big deal about kapernick sitting down. If he was a starter and not a 3rd string bum on the bench, imagine the media coverage.
Why? Kapernick was being a man in his own way, period. I can understand why he made a decision not to stand during the national athem. Most people who attend these football games are patriotic and possibly Trump supporting (maybe), and they hate anyone who they feel "disrespects" America. The way they see it, Kapernick disrespected America. I am surprised that the NFL did not fine him or something.
LOL@Check Two dissing Colin Kapernick hahahahahahahahahahaha. His hair is gay and he needs a haircut LOL. He needs to shave his beard too. I don't know why some NFL players and the media are making a big deal about him not standing for the flag. He knows that there's a lot of blacks who are still being oppressed by whites because they're unemployed, homeless, getting killed and locked up by white men cops and their schools suck. This is the same thing ESPN's First Take talked about last Friday when they were in Chicago at the YMCA in a black neighborhood and there was a lot of blacks in the audience. Stephen Smith, Max Kellerman and Molly Qerim talked to Isiah Thomas, Jabari Parker, Rajon Rondo about black on black crime and some solutions to help stop black men from killing each other and selling drugs. Isiah brought up some good points about there needs to be a level playing field when it comes to black men getting jobs that pay good. He said there needs to be some after school programs for black men so they'll have something to do so they won't be hanging in the streets and getting in trouble. I've mentioned this before because this is nothing new. I've said that black men need jobs for crime in black neighborhoods to stop because when black men have no jobs, there's gonna be crime. That's just the way it is and there's no jobs in black neighborhoods. Most black men don't have cars to go look for jobs and they don't have skills for high paying jobs. They complain about not wanting to work for low pay when they refuse to go to school and learn skills for high paying jobs.
LOL@Darren Sharper gonna be in prison for 18 years hahahahahahahaha.
Maybe colin can help donate some of his money to various causes. He makes millions sitting on the bench.
If he wants to make a difference in black neighborhoods, he needs to go talk to some organizations. He needs to ask what he can do to help black men get jobs and stay outta the streets so they won't get in trouble with the cops. He can put money into job programs for black men so they can get some job training. He also can go to homeless shelters and ask what he can do to help homeless blacks get jobs and housing. I do think he needs to stand for the national anthem because not standing isn't gonna make racism go away LOL.
At this time my concern is not with Colin.
Yes I'm serious Ironman. Why wouldn't I be? You really think Colin not standing for the national anthem is gonna make racism go away? LOL. He's stupid for not standing for the national anthem. He needs to be worrying about doing his job because if he's not careful, he's gonna be outta the NFL. I bet he has no money saved for retirement if the 49ers cut him and no other team signs him LOL.
Check 2, check out Willie D on his Facebook page dissing Jerry Rice for being mad at Colin Kapernick for not standing for the national anthem hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He called Jerry a coon LOL. He also dissed NFL player Victor Cruz for dissing Colin and called him a coon LOL.
Kapernick was exercising his first amendment rights. Apparently, our national anthem was written by an individual who disliked blacks during slavery. Also, he stood for what he believed in. He was being a man in his own way.
Kapernick is a smart guy. I don't think he'll go broke anytime soon.
I don't get why people are so upset about this. I mean is it a law in which says you have to stand?
because the average american is ignorant as fuck with a sense of entitlement and can't comprehend past their own uneducated, narrow views
charles, are the Browns supposed to be decent this year?
LOL@Vik, Mumm Ra and Check 2 hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
They were saying that Colin is being heavily influenced by his current girlfriend. I guess she is a fan of Welcome back kotter.
What's up with Colin's afro? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He needs to cut that because it looks wack. Check 2, did you see Willie D's videos on Facebook dissing Jerry Rice and Victor Cruz because they didn't like what Colin did?
49ers fullback Bruce Miller cut from team after punching and breaking bones of senior citizen

San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller was reportedly arrested in one of the stranger stories you’ll hear. And it cost him his job.
Miller was arrested for assault after knocking on a hotel room door and attacking two men inside according to KTVU. The 49ers announced shortly after the news broke that they had released Miller.
According to KTVU, which cited San Francisco police sources, Miller knocked on a hotel room in Fisherman’s Wharf on Monday morning. He was told by the room’s occupant that he had the wrong room. Miller then allegedly attacked the guest, KTVU said, and also attacked his father when the father came to his son’s aid. The father is 70 years old, KTVU said, and Miller allegedly punched him in the face. The 70-year-old man suffered broken bones after allegedly getting punched by a 248-pound NFL fullback.
Miller fled, but was apprehended and arrested, KTVU said. The ABC affiliate in San Francisco confirmed the arrest.
KTVU reported that Miller had tried to check into the hotel on Sunday night but was told it was booked. He returned Monday morning.
Miller was arrested in 2015 for suspicion of domestic violence
Boring Troy aikman pissed that fox sports hired skip bayless
If Fox Sports ever has the occasion to get all of its personalities together, you may need a blowtorch to thaw the ice between one of its most visible employees and one of its newest.
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman has been an analyst for Fox’s NFL broadcasts since 2001, and its lead analyst since 2002. Earlier this year, Fox Sports 1 hired professional hot-take artist Skip Bayless away from ESPN, and Bayless’ new show on the network debuts Tuesday.
Sports Illustrated media reporter Richard Deitsch reached out to Aikman to get his opinion on Fox Sports’ hiring of Bayless, and let’s just say, he’s not thrilled.
“To say I’m disappointed in the hiring of Skip Bayless would be an enormous understatement,” Aikman said. “Clearly, [Fox Sports president of national networks] Jamie Horowitz and I have a difference of opinion when it comes to building a successful organization. I believe success is achieved by acquiring and developing talented, respected and credible individuals, none of which applies to Skip Bayless.”
Aikman has reason to dislike Bayless, personally and professionally: Bayless was a Dallas Morning News columnist during Aikman’s days with the Cowboys, and claimed, without actual proof, that Aikman is gay.
In a 2015 interview with Deitsch, Aikman talked about Bayless’ claim: “I’m upset about it because it was made up and there was nothing accurate about anything that was insinuated. And he did it, as he does everything, just for attention.”
Based on something Deitsch wrote, that Aikman opted to stay with Fox after Bayless was signed (he has several years left on his contract) and something ProFootballTalk tweeted, it sounds as if Aikman gave real thought to leaving Fox in protest after Bayless was hired. He chose to stay, but had he left, it’s unlikely he would have been on the market for long.
I hope they won't give Marshall a hard time.
I saw Denver and Carolina game and it was good. I wish Carolina would've won and I think a couple of Denver players are gonna get fined for the helmet hits they did on Cam Newton. Cam was wearing a corny bow tie when he talked to the media after the game LOL. I hope the Browns can get their first win against the Eagles LOL. I'm gonna watch Redskins and Steelers on Monday. Josh Norman is stupid for leaving Carolina to go to the Redskins LOL.
I guess they dont have to worry about trying to get an undefeated season this year.
Of course the panthers are whining and being sore losers.
I don't think Carolina are whiners and sore losers. I do think Cam Newton was stupid for walking away from the media after they lost the super bowl because he didn't like the questions they asked him. I can understand him being mad because they lost but he should've stayed there and answered the questions. Who's your team?
A lot of panther players and fans are complaining that the refs let cam get hit more than other qb's. My team is this year's nfl champions, the cleveland browns.
Cleveland Browns will never win a super bowl hahahahahahahahahahaha. Did you see Willie D's videos on his Facebook page dissing NFL players Jerry Rice and Victor Cruz? LOL.
That was a good comeback from the Vikings. Eagles rookie QB doesn't look too bad.
The chiefs also
Same old Cleveland Browns hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. They're always gonna be losers. I was surprised the Patriots won and Raiders won. I saw Dallas and Giants game and Green Bay and Jacksonville game was close.
The Browns need to find a decent QB.
Browns problem has always been their defense because they can't stop the other team from scoring LOL. That's why they always lose. Their offense stinks at times too because they have a hard time scoring. You see they only scored 10 yesterday LOL. They gotta play the Ravens this weekend in Cleveland and i'm gonna watch it since the Ravens games get televised in my area. Ravens offense stinks too LOL. They only scored 13 points yesterday against Buffalo and Buffalo sucks LOL.
They are known for having bad qb's for a while now also. They should have taken the rookie that is on the eagles instead of getting rg3.
It wouldn't have mattered if the Browns would've gotten the Eagles rookie quarterback because they would still suck LOL. I told you their offense sucks too.
