Did I see the impossible.. did FSU win on a FG.. a 55 yarder?
Besides Oregon, Auburn, Boise St, and TCU, does anybody currently deserve a possible shot at the National Championship? Maybe LSU?
nebraska, wisconsin, stanford, oklahoma st., OSU, MSU.
despite 1 loss they dont play the faggot 1-AA schedule that Bs-u and tcu play.
Nebraska lost to Texas, who is terrible this year. I think TCU and Boise St. played as many top 25 teams as Oklahoma St. Michigan St. lost 37-6 in their loss. I think Ohio St. is overrated. They played one decent team so far, and they lost(Wisconsin). Their biggest win was against the Hurricanes, who are barely in the top 25.
bs-u and tcu play no decent teams this year and every year. beating a mediocre team in oregon st. every year doesnt justify a conference schedule that includes powerhouses like new mexico state, idaho, fresno state, utah state, louisiana tech(girls basketball school??) hawaii, etc.
they need to work on joining a big boy conference and leave the sandbox....like utah did in joining the pac 10 next year.
Boise St. beat better Virginia Tech, which is a better team than anybody Ohio St. beat this season.
you mean that team that lost to james madison? that virginia tech?
the Ass Crust Conference is irrelevant.
Yeah, they are still better than any team that Ohio St. beat this season. Ohio St played a bunch of teams with losing records.
bs-u's schedule is littered with teams with losing records every year that they pad their record with yet you want them to be in the NC over teams that play harder schedules year in a year out who have only one loss?
its easy to go undefeated when you play one mildly challenging game a year.
they are still better than the ACC. virginia tech is the same every year. they aint shit. And neither is Boise State. When all your games come on friday, ur playin some shitty ass teams. TCU is better than Boise and is in a much better conference and i would rather see them play in the NC than Boise. But if either of those teams go that will be the worst NC game ever
Had Boise State went on the road to Wisconsin at night, they would have lost. Had they played Miami at home they may have lost. Had they later had to go on the road against Iowa, they probably lose.
Had they had to play Penn State at home they may lose. Michigan? they probably beat those scrubs but it would be close.
Could haves. Could haves... Nobody knows.
exactly....so either get in a real conference or stop bitching
I wouldn't be surprised if Boise St. or TCU beat Ohio St. or any other overrated team.
Too bad they'll never play a big time school though....
And that Michigan stat tells it all....Those schools play absolutely nobody.
Yeah, I know, Ohio St. would be trembling in their boots if they had to play them.
ohio state would run all over that defense and bring the pressure all day. Boise can't handle elite athletes of elite programs.
they upset an oklahoma team using several trick plays and took them by surprise.
well nobody would be surprised anymore.
They had several trick plays? Wasn't it just one? lol Ohio St. had a real easy schedule this season. If they had to play some better teams, they would have a much lower ranking. They are lucky.
there's a game being played at Wrigley Field, and yes it is too small to play there. I don't know who's idea it was to do this, but shouldn't they've mapped it out to see if that stadium even had the dimensions to hold a football game? They said they'll be changing sides after every possession (end of quarter-style) due to the fact that one endzone is obstructed by a wall. Good thing it is only two piece of shit Big Ten teams no one cares about Northwestern & Illinois
even if that was true, they close the season out with Penn State, at Iowa and Michigan.....played at Wisconsin and played Miami this year.
not too mentin that a mediocre Big Ten team is still tougher than anyone Boise plays this year.
Face the facts check poo.....Boise's schedule and conference are both huge jokes. Its why they wont make it in.
I'm so dissapointed in TCU head coach Gary Patterson. He was on EPSN's College Gameday and they pretty much asked him if Auburn or Oregon slips, then it would be either TCU or Boise State taking their place, just begging him to make a statement that TCU should be the one who takes either's place. But no what does he do? He says some shit like "well both programs got enough to make them a contender for the National Championship". where's the confidence? I like TCU, but come on. Good Luck not losing to Stanford in whatever bowl game they stick you two in.
and Wisconsin is losing to Michigan today
31-21 now.
i actually need michigan to win if the bucks have a chance at winning the big ten this year.
Needing NC State to lose so FSU can control their ACC Title destiny with a win tonight vs. Maryland. 17-19 North Carolina.. real football right'chere.
LOL...terrelle pryor is awful. so much hype for a mediocre qb who can't shake anyone and can't throw the ball.
fuck he's coming back for another year
Let's see if Ohio St. can win here at the end with two bad calls given to them.
posey and brown cant fuckin catch. jermale hines is a fuckin idiot and chekwa gets burned all the time. and our d line is a bunch of pussys except for once in a blue moon when they get a sack. cameron heyward fell the fuck off. and tressels playcalling is fuckin terrible. and the quaterback coach needs to be fired because pryor is a junior and still throws floaters and hasnt learned to throw a bullet pass yet
LOL..you fucking hater faggot...eat that W. Too bad they got one horrible unecessary roughness call on 3rd down plus a no call on a facemask/blow to the head.
LOL....boise state...ahahaha, have fun in the Poinsetta Bowl.
I give them credit, Pryor made the plays when he had too and the D Line stepped up big that last drive and played well overall.
Brown and Posey and Sanzenbacher had key drops and Pryor missed alot of wide open recievers he should have hit.
But to come away with a win at Iowa playing that sloppily, i give them alot of credit.
It was a good win.
Cam Newton = Heisman
Auburn = National Champion
Cam Newton = investigation
Auburn = check back after the next game
Alabama was up 24-0 and they lost?
BS-U played a division 2 schedule and lost?
First loss in a few years I believe. And it was against a good team.
Auburn loses next game, so it will be Oregon and TCU in the title game.
yea, that nevada program is a real powerhouse...bwahahahaha.
but ya see, they'd be playing at least 5 or 6 mor eof those type of games in a real conference so there would be no undefeated streak.
why you won't accept that is beyond me.
They still played better teams than Ohio St. this season. The best team that Ohio St. beat was supposed to be a title contender, but they didn't even finish in the top 25, and their coach is already fired.
Ahahha Nevada is a GOOD TEAM now. Yeah, they actually seemed to be. They played together, focused, and got it together after they trailed big. For the Friday after Thanksgiving, to be home that late and catch that game was actually a blessing. Truley a classic it was. Gotta feel good for Nevada, their biggest modern win. First ever win against a Top 10. I was rooting for 'em. Boise St. still is a great team, they beat good teams when faced against them over the years and also demolished Oklahoma in that bowl game when they were highly toted. You have this dickhead Ohio State president talking smack but truth is his program is aLWAYS overratted, doesn't play a conf. game until next year, the Big 10 is usually always top heavy with very weak bottom / middle teams. Boise St would probably demolish OHio State in a Bowl Game if they played this year.
I'm just glad FSU FINALLY beat Florida and put an ass whoppin on em too. FSU vs Va Tech in the ACC Title should be a great game.
