I'm not complaining. Haven't complained once in fact. I actually would like to see this be a success for all involved. In fact I'll probably go listen to the album in DC if it comes here. But I'm also not going to be deluded into thinking that this is "high art", because it simply is not, or into thinking that this is a saving grace to music in general, because it is not. A certain sliver of the music world, perhaps. But not overall. And I'll only be going to the museum because I'm being left without an option, but not because I think it is necessarily worthy. If I want to hear museum quality music I'll go to a concert hall to listen to Mendelssohn's symphonies.
Tbh I'd really like to hear an argument for how digitalising music has cheapened music. Has DVDs and streaming also cheapened movies?

I'm pretty sure that file sharing of movies HAS hurt the film industry. And as transfer rates continue to improve, especially in the technologically advanced societies, it will become more commonplace...it already has in most places. And many attempts have been made to stop torrent sites and p2p networks, with some more successful than others. But nothing seems to be stop the sharing. And yes it does take money away from the actors, especially the little guy who is not rich, such as stunt doubles. They really depend on their royalty checks, which have become smaller and smaller. In fact the SAG had a strike a few years ago in order protest their slice of the digital pie. Not sure how all that ended.
It possibly hurts the industry but it doesn't devalue films from an artistic point of view.
I admit I am complaining.....because you fucking lied from what you initially said about this album ......I hate a liar. So I hope you are happy when RZA tosses you 50 grand and takes the rest of the profit......the amount of time you put into this album isn't even gonna be worth what you actually get .....because RZA is about himself......

We all know this was my idea, who cares if RZA is running with it. Im a team player, I ran with the W for years and he never told me no. RZA never did me dirty. But if you he gonna jack me out of my money? Lol, just ask yourself... Who is the master copy owner? Where is the one copy, where is the box? Maybe I stand to make the most out of everybody. You imitated 90s Wu-Tang albums and RZA productions for this album. That is the definition of an unoriginal unartistic approach to making music. Your album is going down in history as the first 'music album as a work of art'. Whats wrong with this picture?
Great point. There seems to be nothing revolutionary about this album. I just don't know why it is being put on a pedestal like this. If the music is right.....people are going to buy it. Eminem has no problem selling records, Jay Z has no problem selling records, Kendrick Lamar has no problem selling records, kanye west has no problem selling records......are you not confident in your product so you are looking for one rich sucker to purchase this???Quote:
