It's not like he has a ton of MMA fights. Just watch all of them, they all end in KO's or TKOs. He has a fun style.

I attended UFC 121 and the energy in the crowd was amazing. That was the first MMA card I've attended and it was a great way to pop my cherry.
I would agree with your top 3 fights of the year but my order is different:
1) Santiago vs Misaki
2) Silva vs Sonnen
3) Pettis vs Henderson
I want so bad to put Pettis vs Henderson on top but I can't. The back in forth in Santiago vs Misaki puts it over the top for me. Silva vs Sonnen was pretty one sided until the end but fuck me....what an ending. The Pettis vs Henderson easily had the best ending and wow factor.
Speaking of Sonnen, he has been suspended by the UFC following his guilty plea stemming from mortgage fraud. Sucks kinda cuz the guy is the best verbal assassin the UFC has ever seen but karma caught up to the prick.
Hard for me to rank K-1 since I only watched the GP finals. I can't really think of any boxing fights off the top of the dome either.
Watch Zambidis vs Chahid fight in K1. One of the best if not THE best K1 fight ever. Pure pace, throwing indiscriminately, knockdowns both ways.
If fights of the year included K1 you would have to include it.
