I'm not saying the bucks are good this year at all, but they've played a much tougher schedule.
Michigan has played creampuffs and has yet to face a real defense. But like I said, with the big ten down, they'll go undefeated as long as they dont play wisconsin.
And the Big Ten was good about 5 years ago before Michigan and Penn State collapsed. Now with Ohio State down, thank god wisconsin at least is decent.
those teams that you lost to arent that good either. those wins were more about how bad OSU is than how good they were. state skool won 10-7 and OSU blew a 21 point lead against the huskers. we play state skool next week and nebraska later in the year so we'll see.
miami is a joke. i was shocked that they blew out OSU out like that but again, thats more about how bad that buckeye team is than anything else.
michigan and OSU in 06 went to their respective bowl games and got their asses kicked. USC and the SEC have OWNED whoever has come out of that conference for the past decade.
i'll take whatever i get from this michigan team. this is not a BCS caliber team and they're ranked way too high. fact is, these are all RRs recruits and they're playing better defensively under this new coaching staff. RR doesnt win that game against NWern. we have a great recruiting class coming in next year so im not thinking much of this year's team. hoke is doing the best he can with RRs shity players.
yes, we are the beneficiaries of a weak schedule. so is wisconsin, and every other team in the big 10 with a winning record. they'll all be exposed once they play in a bowl game.

i dont recall saying this team was BCS material or even big10 title material. my point was this team is showing improvement defensively over those crummy RR teams. RRs wolverines probably get blown out against NWern. instead they're able to overcome a horrendous 1st half and shut NWern down. something that defense hasnt been able to do to anybody in 3 years, good or bad. next year its gonna be much better.

In 2 years, shoelace will be gone, so you'll have to find a replacement, and gardner is no shoelace, but we'll see. Hoke wants to run a pro style offense anyway.

Notre Dame is still a huge draw because of its past. If they continue to suck and ratings fall, they won't be renewed. But im assuming the ratings are still good.
