I'd say the remastering implies Ringz didn't destroy all his copies. You need originals to remaster. We've been had all along!!
There is a lot of remaster possibilities without the originals nowadays. Don't think you can just deduct that so easily from that statement. Also, who do they mean with remaster?

In that case, only the buyer is had. Not us, the buyer went into a contract thinking it was the sole copy. Say there would suddenly be original masters of everything, that would probably void the contract. Again, there is tech with which you can pretty well remaster tracks nowadays. So I do not think this changes anything.
Oh Jet Set I'm not sure anymore. There seems to be lots sneaks involved. Things were simpler when I started listening to Wu in '93. I still have my og cassettes of 36 Chambers, Tical, Liquid Swords and Return to.
