there's a government owned monkey island just off the coast of NC where I live. I guess if I really wanted to try it, it wouldn't be beyond my means.

I was just saying that westerners usually are put off by the thought of eating monkey brains, and if given the opportunity, we probably wouldn't.

i wouldn't be able to tell you what it tastes like. sounds disgusting though. i've only seen it in indiana jones.

as far as monkey brains go, I've had this conversation with a few ppl, and the way I look at it, almost all the food humans eat would be gross to them if they weren't conditioned to eat it at a young age.

think if nobody ate meat for the past 500 years and out of nowhere somebody comes up and offers you a hot dog and says 'here this is processed animal guts' you'd probably tell them to get lost.

i remember eating winkles, kidneys and livers when i was little. when i found out what they were when i got older, i haven't touched them since.

i just at tripe...it was delicious. a little acidic tho...i could have used a nice glass of milke
