On a side note, if these juveniles know about sex and other things at a young age like that, then they shouldn't get a slap on a wrist for committing a crime like a lot do. They know what they are doing, and they know they can get away with the crimes.

i think it's a good idea to market them. they'd have to be able to get hold of these condoms easily, though, i doubt many kids would want to go to a shop to buy them. condoms aren't cheap.
