I just tried it myself and it looks to me like there is a female figure (prolly the person taking the pic of aldrin) on the left. I can't make out what that structure is behind her. If that object on the right is the space shuttle then it's awfully small. With the visor shaped like a fish bowl then the reflection of the shuttle would look bigger than it actually is.

how comes this pic is of such good quality compared to the blurry 1.5 mile high pics? the photographer doesn't seem to be wearing their space suit to protect them from all that dangerous radiation!!! he/she must be an alien!!!!

i wonder if radioactive minerals somehow transforms itself into crude oil. or crude oil separated itself from radioactive minerals. igneous rocks and igneous oil and diamonds - the toughest rock to crack, non-igneous. deep deep down the rabbit hole.

mars will be ready when it's ready, imo. along with the other planets. for the known plant and animal kingdom that we know and love anyways.

it would've been the most amazing video ever. you know, shooting through the clouds and out into space and seeing other stars in space and seeing the destination getting closer and closer to the moon. would have been the great ever.

i mean, people would even film themselves lighting a fart for fucks sake.

but footage of the journey to the moon is non-existent. why's that NASA?

There is footage of the launches. There is footage of space. There is footage of the landers approaching the moon. There is footage of the moon landings. There is footage of people on the moon. There is footage of the lift-offs from the moon. There is footage of the re-entries. There is footage of the splashdowns on earth. There is footage of the pick-ups.

What more do you want?

You really think they had time to shoot a documentary? Was that more important than driving the spacecraft and actually getting there?

Movies nowadays still don't look real but in 1969 they were able to make a movie on earth that really looked like space? Sure..

Compare a movie like Moon to the NASA footage and you'll see.
Stanley Kubrick's 2001 was filmed in that time and looks nothing like real moon footage.

I recommend doing some more research next time.

this is the so called launch:


the spacecraft launched. the footage is filmed from the vantage point of someone still on the fucking moon. and notice how smooth the surface of the moon is compared to the surface of the moon in that pic i posted of aldrin? not a crater in sight. do you think aliens went there when aldrin and co had their back turned to cover their tracks?

notice how the deadly high temp plumes did not make one little difference to the surface of the moon? moon rock must be hard, mate. those plumes were so dangerous that the film crew could film it from such little distance away. exactly how high did that spacecraft get before the footage ended?

if NASA astronauts were to fly to the moon, they would fly to the part that has daylight so they can film and take photos.

why is there a long shadow in Aldrin's photo? you don't get that kind of shadow in daylight. in his visor there is shadows going in two different directions. how does that happen?

Watch a fucking documentary. You might learn something. I'm not going to do all the work for you.

Isn't it a bit odd that Russia didn't expose them? They were in a space race. Or are you trying to say you're smarter than Russia's top scientists?

I said that movies, even with todays technology still don't look as real as the NASA footage.
