As far as I know they still exist and he has never listened to Disk 2, the better disk in my opinion. You should remember that, just because the judge has okayed the seizered of 7.36 mil, Martin still has a right to appeal the decision which would throw it into the second circuit, and if he keeps appealing I think there are 9 circuits before it gets to the supreme court, if it ever gets there. He might also suddenly have the funds to pay the 7.36 million, and then he can keep his assets. On the other hand he might want to pay off the funds by using the album rather than hard cash. This is what I would do obviously. Either way, it's not yet a clear cut goverment seizure. Shit takes time. But it's looking like it's heading that way for now. And no, under our understanding of the law the Feds cannot just do with it what they want as I have retained my rights share in that album. So if proven too difficult to seize and commercialise once the restrictions are clear, the Feds might not even want it and probably would seek something else instead. Then again, they might just want to take his biggest prize, on some "kick m in the balls while he's down" shit... you just never know with the United Stizates.
