Shane is that dude, his boy Rick would never have done that, even for his own son
in the books Rick finds out that whether or not they've been infected they still become zombies and refers to the survivors as walking dead so im not sure where hes coming up with that unless he has a hand in the graphic novels..or hes just speaking on behalf of the live-action episodes..
shane is grimy.
I didn't see the new episode yet, but Shane should stop crying over that Olive Oyl slut and get with the blonde.
I'm hoping a fat zombie kills Shane in a future episode.
I'm confused. Why did Shane kill Otis? Was it payback for shooting the kid? If so, why did he say "I'm sorry" when he did it? WTF?
Well it was probably the only way for one of them to make it out alive, with the distraction it caused. Otherwise both Otis and him could have very well been overtaken by the zombies, and Rick's son would have never gotten the medical supplies.
i hope they stay faithful to the comic as far as shane's death is concerned.
Wait. Didn't Shane tell Otis to go on without him? I believe he did. Guess he offered to be the "distraction" and when Otis refused to go on without him, he unknowingly volunteered himself for the 'distraction" job. Shit happens!!
^sorry. judging by the way it's going it's not gonna have the same outcome on the show anyway though. not to mention you should get used to the fact that 90% of the characters end up dying at some point. it's similar to game of thrones. there's no telling when a character you like is gonna get bit. reading the comics is kinda overwhelming at times.
^exactly. it's not like I gave away important plot points lol. there's a character dying in damn near every panel of the comic.
i agree there is no point to the show if they all just keep living. but i guess i just dont think about it like that. im just waiting until it happens, it still leaves an element of surprise to who would be in that living 10%.
but like you said its already different than the comics so who knows how its going to turn out.
fair enough. cheers.
Are they going to be looking for that girl into next season?
I think it would be more realistic if a higher amount of the zombies were obese, especially with the show being set down south.
someone asked that, on the aftershow TALKING DEAD a couple weeks back, "where are all the fat fucks?"
they asked one of the producers, who was a fat dude, and he said there would be some. i hope he wasnt talking about the bloated well zombie.
the zombies in the barn wasn't as epic as i hoped it would be.
Any chance the story with the governer will make it to television if the show gets renewed for a couple more seasons? Doesn't seem to fit this show.
they are definitely going to have the governor in the show. the fans would probably riot if they didn't. having said that i doubt we'll be seeing him any time soon. maybe season 3 or 4 (if it lasts that long). in the meantime here's some backstory on the governor. they just released it. a prequel of sorts.

extra torrent link for those looking for it
They have to go into a different direction, the kid actors will age too rapidly to be able to keep up with time frame the comic uses.
The Governor and even Myshonne to a certain extent can come across too cartoon-like for a tv show, that's why I wondered.
Is that the first prequel/backstory/One issue spin-off?
BTW, link not working, links on filestube are all fake (over 500 mb, has to right?)
EDIT:
http://dailyblam.com/news/2010/09/15...wants-governor They'll be in the series.
would be too cheesy imo. he was just saved from the well zombie know what im saying. then to have him fall in there and have to save him again like that only 1 or 2 eps later?? hes already their go to guy for shit like that, it wouldnt be good for them to overuse that plot device.
imo of course.
love the show, hate lots of the characters though. i'd like to see more people getting eaten
so next week is the finale until february? what the fuck is that shit
whackness, someone needs to eat whoever came up with that shit
If the slut gives birth to that baby, they could feed it to the walkers in the barn.
A lot of shows that do the break thing during a season come back to low ratings when the rest of the season picks up. Several end up getting canceled also. It's stupid to break up the season like that.
more must not if they keep doing it.
what
i'm ready for the video game
Im telling u guys get the books..they straight put a hole in ur soul.. i didnt even finish watching the 1st season cause it was too watered down for my lust of zombie gore.
Some ppl die non-zombie realated and end up becoming zombies anyways..
example: some is shot and killed in the book over a dispute ...and becomes a zombie anyways. another person is killd (just because) and becomes a zombie too...so rick says whether ur bitten or infected u become a zombie anyway..."The zombies are'nt the walking dead..We are.."-Rick
there must be more shows that go on winter breaks for a couple weeks and come back and continue to maintain their viewership than ones that don't or else they would cease to have these breaks. companies that make these shows are in a business its in there best interests that their investments succeed. if they were doing something that was causing harm to their product they would stop doing it.
is what im saying.
I just know that with shows I used to watch, the formula didn't work, such as Flash forward. I'm not sure the exact date that The Walking Dead is set to come back. Though I remember some shows like V taking a break for like 4 months, which was ridiculous lol
