its not all that what u say it is alot of familys are moving out of the hood (blacks per say) i live in the county were every were around u u have oppurtunitys white or black

i still see y alot of peeps trap on the worst hoods cant make it as in schooling becouse their parents are drug addicts the kids cant surviveso they go and sell and live that life

its all mixed


what do think about the kids who do have the oppertunitys to make it in the world but chooses to fail the kids whoe were once in thos same hoods ..........

ya but i think for the most part humans are not generally stupid. sure you'll get some with bad genes and thats unfortunate. for the most part people dont apply themselves for a variety of reasons.
