You shouldnt be critisizing Rafa.
You have only lost 2 games all season, youre behind the scenes is fucked up, you have a pretty average squad of players (admittedly that he bought, but might not of looking at the Keane transfer), and you are up against a United team who went 14 league games consecutuve without conceeding a single goal.
Your doing aswell as could be expected, and 7 points IS NOTHING.
We also lost 2-0 to a Middlesborough side who havent scored since mid November(in the Premiership)... but yeah, Alonso did score one of them.
Yeah but i dont think that sacking rafa would bring more consistancy...
and the relegation thing was two years ago, its all over, West Ham belongs to the midtable, there are seasons like last year when we stay 10th all the year and now is just a good season. The best would be to be 6th but we never know right, even if i dont honestly think we can catch up with everton.
^they were in the bottom 3 this season for a while, thats why zola came in.
We had a very good beginning, and then things got complicated, but, as you said, the players came back to their best with Zola, so that was just a temporary deceleration, and where the team is right now is where they desrve to be.

Benayoun was easily the MOTM, and made that clear by slotting home the finishing goal.
