you can look at the Henry situation in two ways. he is the best player to go to the MLS, far better than Beckham. but he is way past his prime, and there really isnt any top or mid-level European team that wants to sign Henry.
in a way it makes the MLS a sort of retirement home for top players, just like the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are.
