I don't think England kits have been bad over the years. Their current one would look better with blue shorts.
Germany, on the other hand, have a bad kit, IMO.
I like how a lot of National teams are reverting back to the simplistic designs, especially Nike rectifying that awful, random block of shit over the players names from a few years ago. That was horrendous. But from 2006 they have fixed it.
Adidas still make the best kits though.
USA '94 had the best kits.
