This is going to end badly.
Has anybody ever destroyed their career worse without committing a crime?
Don't let him hear it, otherwise he'll keep repeating this point untill he has a new sentence to repeat.
It is a weird thing to watch. Making an argument for Hitler also doing things that people still benefit from today is one, and if someone has a paper on this please share. But just out right saying you like him, that's just not right. Claiming he invented the Authobahn, while this idea was originally proposed in the Weimar Republic as far as I can read it, and the NAZI's where actually opposing it at that time, just shows that you indeed do not read and are just a fetish clown.
The lack of nuance with Kanye, as usual, is burning the whole forest down at napalm speeds. People are actually trying to start a conversation, dialogue, discourse with him around his claims. But he just bails out or just starts saying more extreme things. It is as if you see a Youtube of Facebook newsfeed evolve after post after post. Slowly pointing it toward the extremes for maximum engagement.
I hope he has some people that are trying to reach out to him, that he can trust. Because from the looks of it, his circle just consists out of opportunists that don't care for his well-being. A public detox would maybe do him good, away from the yes men. Otherwise this could really lead to a Hitler like ending with him taking his own life. He doesn't seem stable enough to carry a right wing ideology and be an outcast forever like Clayton Bigsby.
When Kanye said “the holocaust is not what happened” “it’s not what people think” “let’s look at the facts”. What is he insinuating happened? I’ve heard things before along those lines but never followed up on it.
As far as I could see, he did not follow up on that nor tried to elaborate after stating it and being interrupted. I also wonder what he means because historians say that Hitler did not visit the camps, Himmler did. But Hitler was wel aware of the Endlosung and is said to have been reading the reports with the numbers. Denying that families got deported, that the last few people with numbers on their arms did not go through the horror of the camps. Or that 11 million people were systematically removed from society is just wrong.
It almost feels as if Kanye wants to right these wrongs by saying Hitler had authority and nice suits or something. A very weird balance sheet.
^ Kanye notoriously does not read books and even goes further to strongly believe history in general should not be taught in schools. Nobody should wonder what he means anymore than some bum making the same vague points.
where does “not ignoring it” get anybody though? It’s about as effective as standing in the rain and saying we can’t ignore that I’m getting wet but fuck an umbrella.
Their culture probably put them where they’re at - if Jews traded their assets to any other group they’d protect it just the same. Or if they distributed their assets equally across all cultures it would fall apart simply from human tribal nature wanting to stick with people who share their same likeness. But why even waste time thinking that’sa possibility.
It’s extremely amateur from a strategy/ art of war type standpoint to publicly do what Kanye is doing.
This is the same genius that married a Kardashian and expected literally anything other than his current situation. He has zero actual friends, and the ones he might have he doesnÂ’t trust or confide in. He’s his own yes-man with a god complex.
He might even have some good and valid ideas but executes them like a retard so it’s impossible to feel sorry for him.
He thinks the black abortion rate in America is as equal a tragedy as the holocaust. I guess one could very broadly make the leap but it’s pretty wild. He also had zero opinions on how to change anything he has a problem with - he just wanted to spend two hours on the Lex Fridman interview to drive the holocaust point home to gain nothing other than attention and/ or get out of contracts. He needs and uses the media as much as anybody he wants to complain about.
He’s basically an uneducated joke that loves attention after biting every actual ‘genius’ 90’s hip hop producer and making watered down versions of their art
Ye is a brave man...risking his life and livelihood to expose rabid zionists and their crimes
everyone else is too pusillanimous to do such a thing
It's been 80 years now. When can we get beyond Nazis and Hitler? I'm sure everyone during that time has passed or is close to. The fascination of it all by some people is weird.
At the moment we are seeing the last generation of people that have experienced that era. Mostly really young people that were born just before the war. There is still a generation that was born during or shortly after the war that experienced the guilt and/or trauma their parents carried. But first hand accounts are literally dying off.
Germany is still very much troubled by this past. Something that they have to combine with the iron curtain falling and Germany uniting just 30 years ago. The effects of which are still visible in the country to this day with a divide in economies & education between West & East. The East is also more prone to align with right wing ideology, which is something of a confrontation of course for them.
In The Netherlands, WWII is a topic to which the approach is changing. Not everybody that experienced it was open to talk about it, some are opening up. And some people are re-examining the narrative. For example, and woman who slept with a nazi during the war was put on blast after the war. Head shaven and put on a box in the square.
These are just some small examples in how this still plays a role in the countries. The fascination thing is something different though, with all the series books, museums, and even re-enactments of battles near actual battlefields. Something which the locals are not really too fond of. When you look at that, it is interesting how some people think of Hitler as this master mind. But if you look at the war, it went downhill when he started Operation Barbarossa in 1941.
The latest news article says Kanye was into Hitler back in College Dropout days. They're saying he tried to follow the Hitler tactical blueprint to get to the top.
Pusha T cut ties with ye now, his record label must be finished at this point
The Rolling Stone article about his Hitler & Nazi Germany fascination is all allegedly. Nobody has the balls to speak out with his actual name regarding this situation, which makes the short article look a bit like a hit piece. I ain't saying it is not true, just that a couple of sources with names would be better at this point. If it is indeed al true, the picture is pretty horrible. Mirroring tactics and propaganda strategies used by Goebbels. Trying to have an argument just to make someone say that someone did something good, which proves nothing. The same could be said about something being good, and only once literally stepping on someone's toes. It is a fake argument, and a tactic which any debater would immediately recognize as fake out.
It is unclear if Pusha stepped down, or that something else happened. In the XXL interview he only states he no longer is de president, which off course is news after all these year. What is more, is that they are not talking any more. "He’s not speaking to me now. If you ain’t with it, you ain’t down. And I ain’t with it. I’m not budging on that. I’m not with it." This is what someone else in here alluded too, and was also made clear in the RS piece about Yeezy, the guy has no friends and is only surrounding himself with yesmen. A very dangerous situation in which you off course can not trust anyone any more. And you are only feeding your own paranoia that everybody is against you because you miss that circle of trust around you. Pusha probably is still open to talking with him, and so are some of the other people. At this point I don't think he is going for any of that.
Just saw on DX that we haven't seen Kanye in a while because his former business manager is suing him, and he is trying to not get served. Neat tactic in shutting him up actually.
