If Blacks solely are "Americans" why do they have such wide and perennial racial disparities in this country? More specifically...

1. Why is the national Black poverty rate nearly triple the White race?

2. Why was the mean household wealth for White families (1995) over $264,000 while the mean Black household wealth was only about $71,000?

3. Why is there a "prison-industrial complex" in America that continues to thrive with overcrowded Black prisoners - built by White contractors, manned mostly by White prison guards and sometimes run for profit by private White corporations - an affirmative action porgram of Whites?

4. Why are so many "inner-city" black communities permeated with dilapidated housing that, too often look like the aftermath of a military bombing campaing?

5. Why are Blacks misused disproportionately as "cannon fodder" in military combat units, subsequently returning "home" to face more racism in the job market?

6. Why does corporate America maintain a "glass ceiling" in its employment practices?

7. Why do police forces target "inner city" communities or profile blacks in their so-called "War on Drugs" while racism permeates all aspects of the so-called "crimianl justice" system?

8. Why are there such wide disparities in White Black health problems - infant mortality, hypertension, heart failure, life expectancy, etc.?

9. Why can multiple "special interest" groups - farmers, corporations, minig, oil companies, railroads, sports franchise owners, airlines, etc. - routinely obtain "big money" from governement (federal & state-local), while racial justice or reparations, pejoratively or idiotically called "handouts" by White racist or misguided "negros" is denied to African-Americans?

10. Why are "civil rights" laws or regulations necessary to protest us?

11. Why does the public school system continue, grossly, to mis-educate Black students - indedd, all students-in relation to their Black history culture?

If there truly is equality, then why aren't black people treated like other white majority americans?
