As far as guidance goes, i should've added more to it but i think you read it wrong...i didn't just say "guidance"(yes of course we all need guidance) point blank; humans tend to need a higher power(I.E praying to god) when things aren't going good in life(loss of a job, loss of a family member, etc.)...they need something(or someone) to put them at ease and they feel a god can do that & even help them in ways

The bible is full of contradictions, i dont know how people can follow it daily

I know that at some point the spatio-temporal realm and everything in it(energies included) will be either A) condensed into matter via giant black hole and destroyed or B) Be ripped all over the place and sent flying in every direction uncontrollably.

matter and energy can be neither made or destroyed, they can only change their state.
