He's well known for his live performances and rivalries with other popular dancehall reggae artists such as Flourgon,Shabba Ranks and Supercat.
One of his most infamous clashes was against Shabba Ranks at Sting 1990, where Ninjaman used his infamous line "I got di permit fi bury, and a license fi kill".

The words are amazing if you understand the Rasta slang... I first heard this song when I was high and it all made sense. Almost made me cry, no homo.

Burning Spear is a Rastafarian/Reggae legend and he still hangs in the slums of Jamrock to connect with the people.

my favorite has to be the 'songs of freedom' anthology of bob marley or the trojan 'ganga collection' featuring mad artists all praising the collie. i love reggae and want to hear of others favorites, etc.

I guess I will just name one and not get all exited and name 15 albums like a queef.

I don`t listen to much reggae, but theres this dub band I really like called Fat Freddy`s Drop and they got some pretty good reggae sounding tunes. All three of their albums are sweet, here are some gems:

Those 4 are good. If you want more Marley look for Rasta Revolution and Soul Rebels, perhaps.

Also if you like Reggae singers, Beres Hammond is a good option. Its hard to point to one album by him, either his self titled album or Love Has No Boundaries.
