Sure the quality isn't as good but you can still see it. You can't take a listening device into this or whatever, so I guess it's nothing like that.

Good documentary. Reporter was luckier than a 'random' Bangbus invitee. Guess we could have spotted that '36th chamber' !haha! joke from a mile away. But hey, that guy was inside a palace close to that box while I'm idling in front of a laptop so the joke IS on me... Box inside a box inside a box has a classy design. Great to hear another snippet. Very good suggestion and maybe this idea was already on the table for a PART of the proceeds. I understand and respect the fact that costs have to be covered for all parties involved (Ringz, artists, technicians, people responsible for mixing etc. but also the original investor who supplied Cilva with a budget and who will definitely get AT LEAST a recoup) and people need/want a payday, even though this is a statement about art & music. (I don't think these things are mutually exclusive.)

I see where you're coming from but I personally see no reason to complain about additional music with that 90s Wu feel. An extra set of good songs that make up an album that sounds cohesive is an interesting bonus in my book.

Point taken, especially as to what you said about why people originally fell in love with the Wu. Then again, the 'W' sign was a marketing brand in and of itself from the very beginning. And I can't say I'm mad at this art work (box in a box in a box thingy), it looks really cool to me.

I wonder are Cilvaringz and RZA plan on retiring from music after they get their payday after this album. Because I can't imagine that they'll get anymore support from their fan base. Great way of making some quick big money, horrible way of treating your fans. The only ppl who could possibly think this is some genius idea are thirsty fans who think everything Wu related is a classic, they've settled for mediocrity due to the low overall quality of mainstream hip hop today. So of course anything that says Wu on it is brilliant to them. This is perhaps the only project in 14 years worth calling a classic from the generals, but it wouldn't matter to the thirsty fans because they think everything is classic, they're probably still bopping their heads to The Man With The Iron Fists soundtrack and 8 Diagrams like they're masterpieces. So they could care less, Wu could still do no wrong in their eyes and ears.

it's not the whole Wu who is the blame though, it's CilvaRZA. RZA doesn't give a shit about his fans since he became Bobby Digital (tho I liked the first two albums).
