you never answered my question but I think I know the answer. The answer sounds like something that you will take to your grave. Apparently you havent come to the conclusion that 90% of the people using internet message boards use it to talk shit. I've read up on multi-billion dollar investments (most technology acts) which will give developing nations in your region a jump start to get on par with the global standards or guidelines for a better tomorrow.
