I think Cintron didn't want to continue after that fall...though he claims he did, he never gave an indication that he wanted to continue. The doctor said he would've given Cintron another chance but Cintron told him he couldn't continue.

^^Wow..this should be a great fight. I hate to see Vazquez' eyes after his fights (reminds me of Gatti after his wars). How about Amir Khan vs. Victor Ortiz. I just don't know if Khan or Ortiz are ready for Tim Bradley. Just a thought.
GBP will keep Khan away from power punchers for a while, I'm thinking. Bradley and Khan would be a great technical boxing match IMO.

^^ You might want to check out some boxing websites that sell boxing gear...I know I saw some site that still sold Roy Jones' Jordan Brand shoe (which looked like a boot & some boxers still wear till now). Why wouldn't Reebok make a bigger marketing push for Mayweather still puzzles me. There's always a lot of hype for Nike's Manny Pacquaio kicks (they always have a new one for his fights). I'm sure you're not the only one who wants them..Reebok needs to step up their game.

^^yea..Cotto looked good. I know Foreman isn't considered a top 10 fighter but he did what he was supposed to do. I know people say Clottey beat Cotto, but with that nasty cut on Cotto would a lot of fighters have continued? Cotto should of hired Emmanuel Steward AFTER he got rid of his uncle.
We'll see what Cotto does next. If he stays at 154 there's a lot of good fights for him. Antonio Margarito fought his last fight there, Kermit Cintron fought his last fight there, Paul Williams fought his last one there. Stay away from Sergio Martinez though (high risk/small reward). These fights would all be tough for Cotto, but he can still give them a run for their money.
Foreman got some heart, man. I don't really follow boxing that much, but much respect to that dude.

I have Ward by UD. Robert Allen is good, but I don't think he can go into Ward's hometown and beat him. Hopefully it's a good fight.

I doubt it..good fighter/person and he does draw decent crowds in his hometown. What this tournament needed was more star power. Imagine Kelly Pavlik, or if Bernard Hopkins were a little younger? Maybe the winner fights Lucien Bute in Canada, he seems to draw big crowds there.
^^HBO won't put their fighters into any tournament because they are essentially their own matchmaker. They didn't participate in the Super 6 and they're not interested in the proposed 140 lb 4 way tournement that Shaw wanted to do.

I saw this on Showtime the other night..Juanma's good & I hope he beats Marquez on Sept. 18. But if he gets hit like that he will have a hard fight. He has to use discipline & not get sloppy. Marquez can fight for 12 rounds, Juanma has to be ready for that. Has the potential to be a classic.

Juanma gets too excited and sloppy and he hardly uses lateral moves, that could be a key in that fight. He has the heart and the ability to be a champion for years to come but he's gonna be fighting a real boxer now in marquez.

I wished I had...Judah seems more mature now. No jewelry, no entourage, etc. Wish he had taken his talent more seriously a few years back. It seems like no Pacman/Mayweather fight for this year. I would like to see Pacman fight Margarito if the Money fight doesn't really happen. Pac's going to 154 either way (Cotto/Margarito). Would be his 8th title in as many weight classes.
