that's a yes
I get tired of hearing that 'it is what it is' phrase all the time. Usually when people don't have anything interesting to say, that decide to say that stupid phrase.
it is what it is check two, what can you do??
The Bears D is all they have. A good team can shut Forte completely down he is not a great back. The Giants proved that when we contained and bottled his ass up. The Bears D isn't the '85 D though [the only time the Bears ever won a Super Bowl]. So let's chill with that best team talk. With all due respect, the best team from the NFC will be decided Sunday Night. And that is what it is.
The next best team in the NFC behind the Bears is the Falcons. The Giants got blown out by a one win team.
the NFC sucks this year.
See now the bug has crept up on the NYGz but.. Shaun Andrews stepped right in at Left Tackle and he's been great. I'm sure that will be a storyline Sunday Night. And Steve Smith being out is a plus for ya'll of course. But don't forget who we got now. Nicks... Manningham... and I'm gonna tell you a name to look out for this week perhaps.. Duke Calhoun.
Our offense can definitely match yours I think this game of course comes down to defense and STs.. and I know you know we ain't the Redskins on D.
"So I am walking around Central Park in a Eagles hoodie, hat, wristwatch, socks, thong, shoes, glasses, cell phone case, blah blah blah..."
Well check it out come Monday you can just go in the closest and pull out ya' favorite debonaire player pimp composer of super winning drives and disney parade rides... #10 Eazy Eli Manning jersey.
Sorry kid. No one with any real knowledge of the NFC believes you. Giants beat the Bears. Best team in the NFC will be crowned Sunday Night. Falcons are legit, yes. They're better than the Bears. The Saints are going to get some people back and they're in there. Better than the Bears. So I'd say that right now the Bears are the 5th best team in the NFC. Aye this is a rare thing for Bears fans to actually have a record to back up their beliefs so have fun while it lasts lil' buddy. Don't forget the Packers.. they'll probably beat you out.
See above. Plus, the NFC's best teams have beaten the AFC's best teams. Giants beat the Texans when they were the talk. Eagles beat the Colts. Saints beat the Steelers. Falcons beat the Ravens. The Patriots got punked by the Browns which rules out the Giants punked by the Cowboys.
And for what's it worth.. we beat Dallas once and they beat us the week after a new coach who had literally NOTHING TO LOSE.. very dangerous.. the NFC East better watch out for Dallas the rest of this year. Just glad we got that first win off 'em.
The entire league is just good this year. For once, the Browns and Raiders are actually worth watching. The AFC West is starting to look like the AFC we're used to. The NFC was a little wide open for a while there but now you're starting to see who the real teams are. There's about 5 solid teams in the NFC, there's about the same maybe a few more in the AFC. It's anyone's year..who ever gets hot at the end.
The entire league is good this year? lol
From top to bottom, you get competition every week. Buffallo was a little competitive early on, ask New England fans. Theygot some injuries though so they probably won't win another game.. other than maybe when they play the shitty ass Dolphins LOL. Even Denver showed up last week. San Francisco was a mystery but we know they can be better and Alex Smith may be the answer. Seattle has even came back to life this year a bit. San Diego will do what they always do and win games in December. Oakland is balling, but I think that good corner is out this week. KC is back, atleast were playing well. Jaguars started well but they stalled out, still could compete down the line. Tampa Bay is back, behind my boy Josh Freeman who I told ya'll niggas about in Week 1. Carolina is down they're with Buffallo. Dallas had a real mystery year, they are better than what their record is.
Yeah there's been some real good football so far. Some great games coming out of games that should've been beat downs and even some upsets, Browns beating the Saints and Giants losing to Dallas.
get defensive about it
The Saints aren't near as good as last year. I think you praise the Bucs too highly. I don't see them beating anybody good. Most people don't know who Freeman is. I'm sure the Raiders will eventually descend back down to bottom feeder like they are accustomed to.
Just the fact that it's Week 11 and we can even talk about the Raiders, or the Bucs for that matter. Kansas City faded away after last week, but that division is up for grabs. The Saints are good, dude, you don't have to hate on every good team or championship team just because you haven't witnessed one as a fan yet. Tampa Bay can give you fits because they've got a good defense as usual and they've got a QB who is managing the game like a good young QB should. He's not making stupid decisions and he's actually made some pretty good ones. There's more parody than usual this year and me for one I like when it's that way. It makes for exciting games, good races and finishes.
Of course there's a big drop off between the decent, good teams this year and the top contenders. But in past years it was a bigger one. And Dooch no one is defensive, just because a nigga is dropping some knowledge doesn't mean he's getting defensie but nice try, duke.
I did witness the 85 Bears team, the best team in history. The Saints are one hit wonders. I saw Freeman play recently, and he made a really bad decision on a third down play late in he game by moving about 15 yards backwards for some reason, and being sacked, which took his team out of field goal range.
