That doesn't mean it's rigged, it just means the AI is smarter than you. You can pick the difficulty setting for that anyway. I usually play with random people rather than the AI.

Not necessarily, some games are rigged. I cant speak for Chess, but I do play Hearts online, and like Zooruka mentioned, it is easy to see their pattern. There is an algorithm that basically makes sure you lose randomly regardless of the skill level you possess.
El Chapo. lol I'm on some kind of blow show binge
Emma, after the Jane Austen novel. Very good. First 15 minutes are kind of wtf because of the humour but it grows on you. Although I read quite a bit I was never able to finish a Jane Austen novel (the irony doesn't work for me in book form) so whenever I get a chance to see a movie version I take it.
Usually Jane Austen comes off really well in movie form.
Bumblebee. Finally a Transformers movie with a heart. Some real attention to human-human and human-autobot interaction. The eighties setting is also charming, the soundtrack works wonders and the female 'teen' lead makes me want to be 18 again. Good movie.
Btw Sha I forgot to mention, the actress in Emma is the same as in The Queen's Gambit (which I still haven't watched)
Rewatching the movie Buffalo 66 with Vince Gallo. Any fan's of this? It has a cult following, overall its a quality film that I would recommend to anyone.
^^Not familiar w/ it. Will peep the trailer.
Just saw Bird Box. Intense. LMAO at the bad reviews this got, I thought it was gripping, so called 'undercooked' climax and all. Strong performances by Bullock, Rhodes and Malkovitch
I see there were comparisons w/ A Quiet Place but I haven't seen that one, although I know what it's about.
My bad I should have posted a Trailer or clip.
event horizon. it was garbage.
I watched event horizon recently also. Someone suggested as a good mindfuck film. I was disappointed.
^ The studio made the director cut 30-40 minutes of Event Horizon because it was too violent and bloody, then the extra footage was trashed, so there's not even a chance of a director's cut.
I thought Event Horizon was okay for what it was. Sam Neill is one of my favorite actors.
I watched 'Au Hasard Balthazar' which is a french movie from the 60s sort of following the life of a donkey and the people who own it. It's an incredible film.
I finally saw Parasite a few months back. It could be a little overrated, or just that it was a lot overhyped. I thought it was compelling and clever though. I might rewatch soon.
The French movie sounds interesting. I never saw it programmed on TV down here. (We get a lot of French content.) Duly noted.
Loved Parasite. Clever movie.
I liked Sam Neill in Peaky Blinders.
I FINALLY started in on The Wire today. What can I say after 2 episodes lol? Looks promising. Even though the first season aired in 2002 to me the look of the show is very nineties. That's cool though.
^ You'll very quickly become obsessed with The Wire.
hahaha I'll try to hold back on here
Netflix films. Lol. I watched A Midnight Sky starring George Clooney and Black Bottom starring Viola Davis and Chadwick B.
The films were ok. Nothing special.
the Black Bottom one seems to be getting solid reviews
Started in on Houdini and Doyle, to set the mood for two Sherlock Holmes novels (new ones) I'd like to read. this show is good but not spectaculaf. Good for a 40 minute trip back in time with a little mystery to boot. It looks like only one season was made
A childs christmas in Wales. Tis the season. Movie is available on youtube.
john wick 3
Has anyone seen the new Bill and Ted. Is it worth a watch?
^Lighthouse is a great film!
I watched Tenet again. Awesome film and great story.
I want to watch it again too. for now it's still up for rent ($7) on my streaming service but in three months or so it'll be moved to my subscription package. I plan to see it two more times at least
A Quiet Place - good movie and an even better 2021 renaming of WuCorp
^ Haha. I didn't watch a lot of new stuff over Xmas. Indiana Jones, Gremlins, Death To 2020, Elf, Our Planet series.
Yesterday was a horror called Sweetheart, which I think was just an excuse to record Kiersey Clemons in a bathing suit for 90 minutes, that part of it was cool but really it was mid.
I watch Beat Street every new years eve as a tradition. First watched in my youth on a new years eve, as well does the events in the movie. Qualify film that is a good time stamp of early hip hop scene.
^^^just a matter of time before Angela White transitions from doing 8 Henry's to doing 'Henry VIII'. a truer thespian I ne'er saw!
Ahahahahahaha
Captive State, 2019 scifi movie with John Goodman and that actor Majors, lead role in 'Lovecraft Country'
solid movie
Where are we at with The Wire, Hal? Haven't seen any updates recently.
Ava (2020) - Netflix Spy Action. It hasn't got great reviews but I liked it. Jessica Chastain is gorgeous and the fight scenes are pretty tense.
S2 of the wire is a banger. I'm sure the least rap quoted though.
One of the best things that I've seen Jeff Goldblum in is Tenspeed and brown shoe. I suggest you give it a go if you haven't before.
