It works for us too sometimes. Tim Cahill tried to play for Ireland in the 2002 WC but was luckily banned because at 14 he played for Samoa then FIFA changed the laws and he chose us. Things would be very different for us and Ireland if FIFA showed common sense in 2002.
Yeah Ersan Gulum who is a pretty decent defender, injury prone but probably the 2nd best centre back Turkey has. Still he can't get into the national squad because of the politics that surround the national team. He should have picked Australia he would have been ideal for them.Quote:

It's crazy how the draw worked. Winner of Brazil v Chile and Colombia v Uruguay meet in the QF. Argentina seriously have almost a free ride to the semi finals. Germany should try and finish second and get on that side of the draw lol
