what sucks is the other side to his music won't be shown to the masses and the second r&b single wont do much b/c that chick from Def Jam isn't well known or an over night smash like Ne-Yo, I thinkThe Champ or Three Bricks would be good 2nd singles....both probablly wont happen though.

I finally copped fishscale lol. Its a pretty good album. All the MF Doom produced songs are dope...and for those that didnt know, those beats are from the special herbs cds. The only problem I have with the album is why is all the dope songs soooo damn short?

oh my fucking gosh Fishscale just came out down here. That first song aftah the clide smith skit is unbelievable. The album sounds dope as fuck. Only up to kilos at the moment oh shit cant wait to hear the rest

i didnt like that song either and the video is corny i think

dont let it deter you form getting the album. there are a few more tracks like that but the rest of the album is a banga.

I like that song.

back like that fits nicely where it is in the album, don't let that fool you tho for the rest of the tracks. Its a power house of an album.

Shakey dog is soo ill.. But Back Like That and Momma and 1-2 more songs is the only songs like that.. rest of the album is banging

I still dont know what to make of this album. I guess its the best we couldve hoped for, but i still think something big is missing. One too many wack tracks. i feel giving it a 4/5 is too much, but compared to other hiphop out there (especially on defjam) its worth more than a 3/5. But songs like "kilos" bring this album down to far for me, that sample is lame and obvious and the beat is so weak, i dont know how it made it on the album.

but the thing that surprises me the most is the fact this is really the first time weve ever heard ghostface talk about drug selling or coke or shit like that as obvious as he does now. i dont know if thats pressure from defjam (that would be crazy if they actually LIKE theyre rappers to talk about coke) or if hes just seen that as what sells now, put it pisses me off a little that hes doing that now. Before he might mention drugs like in an abstract way or just breifly, but hed never rhyme about selling it or make whole songs about it, in that way its more commercial than having songs like momma and back like that.

But i woulddve NEVER thought we wouldve got the J Dilla beats that we got on there, thats one of the highlights, Beuty Hackson and whip with with a strap are no doubt 2 of the dopest songs GHost has ever done, J Dilla beats are PERFECT for Ghostface, its a REAL shame these two cant do an album together.

Now Ghost has sold some maybe he could go back to Razor Sharp records (is that still going?) independent - HE WOULD make another classic without DefJam hanging over him

I feel all the things that are bad with this album - are the fault of Def Jam modifiying what they want on the album.
