Crips and Bloods

Ok supposedly up here in Surrey British Columbia CANADA, we now have crips and bloods... But ive only seen some stupid fuck teenagers (me not falling for that shit) They claim to be gangsters, but well i dont want to be a racist they are all fuckin rich brown kids and regardless why would bloods and crips be up here? EVen if they really are.
