read strange tales. its good entertainment. and all the stories were told in a humorous manner. the lockjaw story i think was my fav.

secret warriors anyone? i really am digging that book. i didnt think i would, but its consistently good.

new avengers was dope this week,i thought. my boy cage is having a heart attack?!?! what the fuck? and anybody peep that luke cage noir? im not really into the marvel noir books, but i had to cop it, just cause its power man. shits not too bad. cage really works as a noir character.

^^^ya i was just about to comment on the luke cage noir...really good stuff...the daredevil noir was also dope

i think bendis is planning on putting cage out of commission for a little bit, probably to give hawkeye more shine...in the preview for The List, Luke Cage was hospitalized...which begs the question...wouldn't Osborn and co. take the opportunity to arrest his ass?

ya i was talking about ultimate comics spider-man...i think the art is great with the exception of spidey looking like a hydrocephalic 10 year old...the expressiveness of the characters and the sense of motion is what sells it...and i love the look of the characters, particularly the girls.
i'm sure the mother/daughter bankrobbers were throwaways but i want to see them again, they were funny.

and i was just gonna mention secret werriors and new avengers, i was already a fan of warriors, but im back on the new avengers wagon as of yesterday..love the art, and the story was cool.

did a new issue already come out? the most reason one i have was where jonas harrow shut down osborn's armor...among other things happening of course

i think the last two issues since the conclusion of the doctor strange storyline have been really solid and probably better than the book has been since secret invasion started imo

i agree from what ive read, and about Cage's heart...u kno theyll say some shit like he has a pacemaker..eloels.

got my ticket to the long beach comic con next month can't wait

also picked up arkham asylum for ps3. need to pay off my preorder for mua2 asap

is anyone going to jump back onto x-factor when it goes back to it's original numbering with 200? apparently they are going to be private investigators for new york's heroes from now on...i used to follow the book and gave up on a little after messiah complex but i miss peter david's wit.

i gotta catch up because i havent read much.

the madrox miniseries and the first 20 issues or so...before messiah complex basically...are as good or better than his run on the first volume of x-factor...very different tone...it suffers from the problem alot of marvel and dc books now suffer from...not having a consistent artist for more than like 5 issues at a time.

like with new avengers...i'll be surprised if immonen's on the book by issue 60...then again it's never really had a consistent penciller...i think lienel yu stayed on the book the longest and he had like 12 issues or something lol

ya i already got the Madrox book, havent got to reading it yet..im on a strict schedule of books..eloels, right now im finishing up The Dream Country.
