Many low income housing "projects" were a mistake to make. Putting a fewer new bigger houses is meant to try and make it better slowly and an attempt to increase prosperity.
People will move into those houses because it is a nice house sold cheap and pay less tax. The problem is crime occurs more often and their house is a good target for robberies. The less tax payed leads to poor education facilities if you move there with kids.
It is however NOT a factor of ignorant black people!
Nicer neighborhoods pay more municipal taxes to get the trash picked up.
It is true that is what a snitch is. In a poorer neighborhood there is some risk involved when talking to the cops, but the cops need to work harder to protect those people. Usually those leads can be reported anonymously.Quote:
